Very pleased with the overall care given by the carers very kind and caring throughout their service nothing was to much trouble always arrived on time promptly staff in the office were very polite and helpful with all the needs we required from them

The domiciliary care provided by Vitality for my frail, elderly mother over the past 9 months has been exemplary. The care assistants have been professional, caring and patient; and the the office staff and management have been highly efficient, making everything run like clockwork. I don't normally
leave reviews for goods and services, but in the case of Vitality I have no hesitation in sharing my positive experience.

Since coming to Vitality Home Health, I have had such a relief. My regular carer is an angel and she visits me 6 out of 7 days. She is extremely helpful and is in tune with my life. We enjoy each others company and I could not wish for a better carer.

I contacted Vitality Home Health when my Mum was in respite care after a period of time in hospital. She was no longer able to live by herself so the options were to stay in a care home or move home with a live in carer. She had always expressed a desire to be at home so I was keen to try that option.
Vitality were easy to work with from the beginning, spending time getting to know Mum and her wants and needs. When the time came for her to move home they managed the whole process. The two carers that she has had living with her on an alternating basis have been exceptionally lovely and kind. They look after her so well and she is happy. All communication with me has been excellent and I feel at ease knowing Mum is in safe hands.

The carers that visit mum are on time and very respectful. They are always aware of Mum's needs and ensure her wellbeing. This gives us peace of mind that Mum is safe and secure in her own home. There are regular reviews and referrals to medical professionals if needed.

The care received by may dad has been of a really high standard, there have been the odd very minor issues as you'd expect with any care arrangements that are bedding in but these have been dealt with robustly, quickly and very easily! The management are amazing and approachable and the ladies giving
care bring joy and proper care every single day!! We would be lost without them and certainly wouldn't look anywhere else. We have had a few care companies over the years but these are the best by far. Really invested in patient care and best outcomes. Very highly recommended.

We have received excellent service from the whole team in the Otford office and the carers really do care. My mum has been looked after with the same care and attention that we would like to be able to give her. The office staff have dealt with the doctors and hospital on our behalf on many occasions
to a very high standard. We feel very confident in recommending Vitality Home Health services to other people as we have received nothing short of 1st class service.

After having a stay in hospital my Gran, 91, was discharged with a package of care provided by KCC, her home, personal hygiene and health deteriorated rapidly due to this service. Her trust in accepting any form of help was nonexistent.
This lead to me believing she would sadly not be with us much
longer. Spending 24hours a day in a chair and being unable to even move to use the toilet.
I contacted Vitality home help in crisis, they assessed my Gran the very next day.
The improvement in her health + wellbeing is nothing less than outstanding. She is now mobile, goes to bathroom, sleeps in her bed and accepts help in all areas.
Her home is kept immaculate and careers go the extra mile eg. If groceries run low or prescriptions need collecting. Their patience / communication whilst she adjusted to accepting help and forming friendships has been truly special.
Vitality have been understanding of our unique family circumstances and have supported us as much as they have her.

I am very happy with the service provided by Vitality home health. My elderly sister was extremely reluctant to have care other than from myself, but after many years it was affecting my own health and my own family responsibilities. The Supervisors have worked hard to smooth the change for my sister,
and myself. They are very helpful and understanding and make sure the carers are fully aware of the tasks they need to complete. Any problems are quickly addressed and I am kept informed of any changes needed, or any concerns the carers have about my sister. I can access an App easily to find what carers are allocated, and to see all the care they have carried out on each visit. All the carers have been kind, caring and efficient and have helped me immensely with looking after my sister. I am very grateful to them all.

I have been receiving daily morning care via Vitality Home Health since mid February this year. Care is as a result of being diagnosed with Myeloma (blood cancer). I have nothing but praise for the company and in particular the Carer who looks after me 6 out of 7 mornings every week.
The service is
always provided at the same time each day and delivered in a profession manner. The supervisory staff keep in touch regularly with myself and my wife to ensure everything runs smoothly.
The care package provided by Vitality has been so important in ensuring my progress back to better health.

I moved my dad's care to Vitality a month ago because I was unhappy with his previous care provider. What a difference! Communication has been fantastic. I am notified if I need to be aware of anything. The care dad has been given is very professional and respectful. The carer comes in 4 times a
day and is always punctual. Any unavoidable problems we have been notified about. I like the app where I can see the carers notes and I know that he's been left safe and happy. And even though they don't need to care for mum at the moment she isn't neglected abd gets her cuppa too! Thank you x

A particular member of staff visited my Aunt prior to care starting.
The service was professional, the staff member listened and made the service very person-centred my Aunt was at the centre of all decisions made. She was available with any concerns and adjusted the service accordingly. There was
a follow-up review to check how things were going and telephone calls.
The staff were professional and kind especially Honey who was exceptional with my Aunt.
We as a family would highly recommend Vitality sadly my aunt's needs meant following a respite period full-time care was the best for her personally.
Great service from a team that listened and cared.

The company has never let me down by not turning up.
The carers are very easy to deal with and always carry out my requests.

Vitality Home Health responded quickly and sympathetically when we needed to arrange help for Mum when she came out of respite care to return home after an earlier fall. We felt listened to and understood and our options were clearly explained.
Mum has carers three times a day to help her wash and
dress, supervise her medication and prepare meals. They are very good with her and happy to help with things like hoovering, putting the weekly wash on and putting the bins out for her.
A full record of every visit, including a photo of her meal, is uploaded in real-time to their computer system and we have been given access to view this. It is very reassuring to know how she is.
We would certainly recommend this service to anyone needing care.

I am the daughter of a service user. I deal with all aspects of my mother's care and support and encourage her to fully participate in her care needs.
All of the carers are friendly and respectful in the support they give to my mother. Given the time restraints on time for care and my mother's "I'll
do it in my own time" it is easy for the carers to do the tasks for her, and she will let them if she can.
The company lets me know if there are any major problems and if they are able to deal with them competently.
