Vitality Home Health seemlessly tookover my great support care from another provider during mid February. Subsequent experience of their care has exceeded my expectation with the result I look forward to positive continuance and mobility improvement.
Many thanks for this review. We are very pleased to hear that the transition of care was seamless, and even more pleased to hear that the care has exceeded your expectations. We shall endeavor to continue with the same level of care moving forwards.
Both my parents are cared for by Vitality home care giving them first class home care. The carers do an excellent job showering and dressing them both followed by nice cup of tea.Carers arrive on time each day happy and smiling. The office is always on hand if any problems,Vitality home care give a great all round service.
Thank you so much for your kind and thoughtful review. Its so nice to hear the staff are professional, polite and smiling when they arrive to support your parents. Its important to us as a business to ensure our staff are providing a great service.
Care is excellent. Staff cannot do enough to help. Their duties extend to showering, food, dressing and making the bed. Could not be happier with the service.
Thank you so much for the review. Its great to see that the service we provide is working so well.
She feels safe in their hands and also provides rest bite for me on the days they attend to her.
Also quarterly reviews are done on time and with compassion of my mums needs and any changes that are required.
Thank you so much for sending this review. We are equally thrilled that mum feels safe with our staff and that the respite is helping you. The reviews are an important part of the office teams role, to ensure all is going well and you are happy with the service provided.
Nana the supervisor has kept me updated and informed throughout the whole process and is so approachable and helpful.
I am particularly impressed by the Open pass app which allows me access the carers notes to ensure care is being delivered as per care plan. It can also help to identify any potential problems to escalate.
All the carers have been kind and understanding with regards to my father's complex needs. Overall a really positive experience and I would highly recommend this company if you're looking for good quality care.

Thank you so much for this kind review. Its always good to know that the care service we provide is proving to be helpful and that our staff in the field and in the office are polite and keep you informed!
The domiciliary care provided by Vitality for my frail, elderly mother over the past 9 months has been exemplary. The care assistants have been professional, caring and patient; and the the office staff and management have been highly efficient, making everything run like clockwork. I don't normally leave reviews for goods and services, but in the case of Vitality I have no hesitation in sharing my positive experience.
We are so pleased to receive this review and thank you for taking the time to do so. We are thrilled that the care and support delivered to your mother has proved successful and is a positive experience all round.
We have found Vitality Home care first class in every way. The care has been professional and caring. I would recommend Vitality as an excellent service provider.
Many thanks for taking the time to send this review. Its is always nice to hear the service we provide is professional and caring We appreciate your recommendation too!!
The care received by may dad has been of a really high standard, there have been the odd very minor issues as you'd expect with any care arrangements that are bedding in but these have been dealt with robustly, quickly and very easily! The management are amazing and approachable and the ladies giving care bring joy and proper care every single day!! We would be lost without them and certainly wouldn't look anywhere else. We have had a few care companies over the years but these are the best by far. Really invested in patient care and best outcomes. Very highly recommended.
Thank you so much for providing this review, it really does mean a lot to us to know that the service we provide is 1st class! It is always good to know that you have found that we are invested not only in your loved one, but all the customers that we support at Vitality Home Health.
This lead to me believing she would sadly not be with us much longer. Spending 24hours a day in a chair and being unable to even move to use the toilet.
I contacted Vitality home help in crisis, they assessed my Gran the very next day.
The improvement in her health + wellbeing is nothing less than outstanding. She is now mobile, goes to bathroom, sleeps in her bed and accepts help in all areas.
Her home is kept immaculate and careers go the extra mile eg. If groceries run low or prescriptions need collecting. Their patience / communication whilst she adjusted to accepting help and forming friendships has been truly special.
Vitality have been understanding of our unique family circumstances and have supported us as much as they have her.
Many thanks for the review and we are thrilled to hear that the care offered by our team has made such an impact on your Grans life. When we are approached by a family in crisis, we always do our very best to react in a timely fashion and deal with the situation sympathetically, carefully and professionally.
I am very happy with the service provided by Vitality home health. My elderly sister was extremely reluctant to have care other than from myself, but after many years it was affecting my own health and my own family responsibilities. The Supervisors have worked hard to smooth the change for my sister, and myself. They are very helpful and understanding and make sure the carers are fully aware of the tasks they need to complete. Any problems are quickly addressed and I am kept informed of any changes needed, or any concerns the carers have about my sister. I can access an App easily to find what carers are allocated, and to see all the care they have carried out on each visit. All the carers have been kind, caring and efficient and have helped me immensely with looking after my sister. I am very grateful to them all.
Many thanks for taking the time to write such a positive review! It's always great to hear that not only the Care Givers are working hard to ensure outcomes are met, but the staff from the office are working hard to address any issues you are facing and you are kept informed.
I moved my dad's care to Vitality a month ago because I was unhappy with his previous care provider. What a difference! Communication has been fantastic. I am notified if I need to be aware of anything. The care dad has been given is very professional and respectful. The carer comes in 4 times a day and is always punctual. Any unavoidable problems we have been notified about. I like the app where I can see the carers notes and I know that he's been left safe and happy. And even though they don't need to care for mum at the moment she isn't neglected abd gets her cuppa too! Thank you x
Many thanks for this review. We are so pleased to see that we are making such a difference to your dad's life. we are also pleased to see that mum isn't left out too. We really appreciate your kind words, it's always great to hear we are doing a great job!!
Vitality always so respectful to my mother's needs. My mother always felt safe and cared for, even when Mum passed away was so kind.
Thank you so much for your kind words. It was a pleasure supporting mum and we wish you all the very best.
All of the carers are friendly and respectful in the support they give to my mother. Given the time restraints on time for care and my mother's "I'll do it in my own time" it is easy for the carers to do the tasks for her, and she will let them if she can.
The company lets me know if there are any major problems and if they are able to deal with them competently.
Thank you, Theresa, for your kind words and your support to our staff to enable Mum to live a full and fruitful life.
Carers from Vitality are really lovely people and my dad is really happy with the service and company they provide. The office keeps us up-to-date with any issues or changes. We are all really happy with the service and it gives us peace of mind to know that someone is seeing our dad every day when we can't be there.
We are so pleased that Dad and you are so happy with the service we provide. Dad is an absolute pleasure to support and we are thrilled that the service makes such a huge difference to his wellbeing.
We have found Vitality to be extremely professional throughout. The care received by my parents has been exceptional. The carer supplied by Vitality is friendly, extremely attentive, helpful and very professional. We look forward to receiving care from Vitality.
Overall my father receives a good service especially if the same carer comes every week, if it differs it confuses him and he tends to continue with the confusion for the next few days. The regular carer that cares for my dad is kind, helpful and efficient, my dad likes her very much as I do.
We are thrilled you like your regular staff member and she works so well with Dad. Sadly, at times of sickness or more recently Jury Service we have no option but to support Dad with another staff member, which we understand can cause issues. Good continuity is a double-edged sword at times. We will be in touch shortly.
We have only had care for a week but are pleased with the carers.
My mum has been very happy with the care received from Vitality. The carers are friendly and helpful and have gone beyond simply providing basic care needs by looking at my mum's weight loss and mobility issues and getting advice from a qualified GP.
My dad's health has been failing for some time now and Vitality have provided help getting him showered and dressed in the mornings. Recently he became much weaker and required a lot more help and Vitality have been absolutely brilliant - providing a waking carer overnight and two carers coming four times a day to change him etc - at less than a day's notice. The carers we have are wonderful, they are lovely with my dad, and are also giving my mum massive support. We have a laugh with them and they go over and above to make sure we are being looked after. Cannot recommend them highly enough.
