My mum has been very happy with the care received from Vitality. The carers are friendly and helpful and have gone beyond simply providing basic care needs by looking at my mum's weight loss and mobility issues and getting advice from a qualified GP.
My dad's health has been failing for some time now and Vitality have provided help getting him showered and dressed in the mornings. Recently he became much weaker and required a lot more help and Vitality have been absolutely brilliant - providing a waking carer overnight and two carers coming four times a day to change him etc - at less than a day's notice. The carers we have are wonderful, they are lovely with my dad, and are also giving my mum massive support. We have a laugh with them and they go over and above to make sure we are being looked after. Cannot recommend them highly enough.
All staff at Vitality are amazing, they helped us get our grandad home from hospital so that he could pass away peacefully at home, where he wanted to be. They treated him with so much love, care, respect and dignity when they came to care for him. We couldn't have found a better care agency. They are 100% the best and we can't ever thank them enough for the care and support they gave to our grandad and us.
We have found Vitality courteous, respectful, knowledgeable and professional at all times with a dedicated level of care for my elderly mother, going over and above on a regular basis to meet her individual needs. We are particularly lucky to have a very conscientious regular carer, who continually exceeds expectations.
It makes a great difference to start the day with a lovely smile and a cheerful greeting from my personal caregiver. She not only helps with showering but will willingly turn her hand to anything that will help my well-being and all the time ensuring that her kindness does not take away my independence. She is not only my caregiver but a friend and I'd hate not to have her care. Thank you.

Nanna has a degree in education from Denmark and used to work with children with special needs. She switched to care work during the pandemic and fell in love with the field. She has climbed the Vitality ladder and made her way to field care supervisor; a job she enjoys immensely. She uses her musical skills to entertain customers, especially focusing on those with dementia to enhance their quality of life. Originally from Denmark, Nanna has settled in Gravesend where she married and has now found her vocation in life and that supporting the care staff of Vitality Home Health to ensure they provide quality care, as well as support the Registered Manager. Nanna is a natural working in this field and we look forward to seeing her progress further.

Aysen has a degree in European Theatre Arts, and was inspired to join the care sector by her mum, who has been a care assistant for over 20 years. She was then promoted – first as a care supervisor, then as a community liaison manager. Aysen has a passion for helping you to live a happy, healthy life.
“I attended Dartford Grammar School and qualified from St George’s Hospital Medical School in 1994. For the last 20 years, I have worked as a GP in Gravesend. I will always see and treat you as a whole person, not just a name on a list or a condition. We will never use a blanket approach, but get to know your individual healthcare needs, interests, likes and dislikes. Then we can provide holistic, personalised care to promote your health and wellbeing in the comfort of your own home. My vision is to train our carergivers to provide outstanding personalised healthcare. And to help the people we care for to live an active, fulfilled and stimulating life. This journey has led me to develop a Domiciliary Care Company that delivers high-quality preventative, pro-active care at home. This has paved the way for VitalityCare and the VitalityLifestyle programme, a service developed to enable you to live the life you would like to, with the care and support of the Vitality team.”
