Vitality Home Health (Sevenoaks) offers bespoke, person-centred care for individuals who wish to remain in the comfort of their own homes. Their mission is not only to deliver exceptional, tailored care, but also to promote overall well-being and independence in a familiar and supportive environment.

The team are committed to helping clients to lead active and fulfilling lives by focusing on their current abilities, interests, and unique needs. Care visits are available from as little as 30 minutes per day to full 24-hour support.

Support can be given by dedicated professional Care Givers as well as nursing staff and the home's Private GP, who can provide all the care required to ensure your safety to remain in your own home.

Home to Decide – No-Contract Live-In Care

This flexible option is ideal for those unsure about returning home after a hospital stay. It offers a four-week live-in care package, giving you the chance to experience professional daily support while you decide whether to continue living at home or transition to a residential care setting of your choice. The decision remains entirely in your hands—supporting your independence every step of the way.

Since coming to Vitality Home Health, I have had such a relief. My regular carer is an angel and she visits me 6 out of 7 days. She is extremely helpful and is in tune with my life. We enjoy each others company and I could not wish for a better carer.

I contacted Vitality Home Health when my Mum was in respite care after a period of time in hospital. She was no longer able to live by herself so the options were to stay in a care home or move home with a live in carer. She had always expressed a desire to be at home so I was keen to try that option.
Vitality were easy to work with from the beginning, spending time getting to know Mum and her wants and needs. When the time came for her to move home they managed the whole process. The two carers that she has had living with her on an alternating basis have been exceptionally lovely and kind. They look after her so well and she is happy. All communication with me has been excellent and I feel at ease knowing Mum is in safe hands.

The carers that visit mum are on time and very respectful. They are always aware of Mum's needs and ensure her wellbeing. This gives us peace of mind that Mum is safe and secure in her own home. There are regular reviews and referrals to medical professionals if needed.

We have received excellent service from the whole team in the Otford office and the carers really do care. My mum has been looked after with the same care and attention that we would like to be able to give her. The office staff have dealt with the doctors and hospital on our behalf on many occasions
to a very high standard. We feel very confident in recommending Vitality Home Health services to other people as we have received nothing short of 1st class service.

I have been receiving daily morning care via Vitality Home Health since mid February this year. Care is as a result of being diagnosed with Myeloma (blood cancer). I have nothing but praise for the company and in particular the Carer who looks after me 6 out of 7 mornings every week.
The service is
always provided at the same time each day and delivered in a profession manner. The supervisory staff keep in touch regularly with myself and my wife to ensure everything runs smoothly.
The care package provided by Vitality has been so important in ensuring my progress back to better health.

A particular member of staff visited my Aunt prior to care starting.
The service was professional, the staff member listened and made the service very person-centred my Aunt was at the centre of all decisions made. She was available with any concerns and adjusted the service accordingly. There was
a follow-up review to check how things were going and telephone calls.
The staff were professional and kind especially Honey who was exceptional with my Aunt.
We as a family would highly recommend Vitality sadly my aunt's needs meant following a respite period full-time care was the best for her personally.

Vitality Home Health responded quickly and sympathetically when we needed to arrange help for Mum when she came out of respite care to return home after an earlier fall. We felt listened to and understood and our options were clearly explained.
Mum has carers three times a day to help her wash and
dress, supervise her medication and prepare meals. They are very good with her and happy to help with things like hoovering, putting the weekly wash on and putting the bins out for her.
A full record of every visit, including a photo of her meal, is uploaded in real-time to their computer system and we have been given access to view this. It is very reassuring to know how she is.
We would certainly recommend this service to anyone needing care.

As a family we are very happy with vitality home health, from the start to now the service has been impeccable and this is across the board from all staff. My uncle has been treated with the care and compassion and most importantly the dignity that he deserves. This has been an incredibly difficult

Vitality Home Health (Sevenoaks) have been really great with organising live-in care for my dad whose Parkinsons had become very difficult to manage. I used Vitality live-in care to give me a respite break. I found the whole process of engaging with Vitality Home Care straightforward and really helpful in their listening and answering my questions. They supported me through the plan of what was required. Their needs-led assessment of care was outstanding
in looking at all aspects of care delivery. This is my first experience of having a live-in person to take over my duties and to trust to look after my dear husband! The carer was excellent. My home and his care continued very much as if I was there, so impressed. My husband was delighted with his care and loved the food his carer cooked. She was polite, kind and respectful. Our carer was excellent. Kind, attentive and very much wanting to please. My mum enjoyed having her around and she said that nothing was too much trouble for her.
The whole experience with Vitality was brilliant from start to finish, the pre-care, the communications and the standard of care generally.
One area for possible training for the carer was around the preparation of meals - happy to elaborate if required.

My mum is currently receiving care from Vitality and has been for a while.
All the carers she has had have been amazing and really looked after my mum especially through all the upset she has had recently.
The office staff especially one person, always try and help my mum out by trying to find solutions
