Fantastic service, enabling my disabled grandson to live in his own home with 24/7 care. The management have been responsive and supportive. All the carers are wonderful and make his life a very active and happy one. I can't thank them enough, it's changed his life and given us complete peace of mind.

Absolutely awful care company! Do not use this company. They do not care. They just rush in, give food that they can't cook, and then go. They do not spend the correct time with the person, they would rather sit in their car. They leave the place in a mess, and do nothing to help keep things clean.
They do the bare minimum. They don't turn up when they should, and even after complaining they don't change. They give you a rota that is constantly changed and do not tell you. Lots of different carers mostly young men without care experience. They leave vulnerable people hours without food, causing anxiety and stress to vulnerable people. They say they have done things that they haven't done, especially to people who can't speak for themselves. Their lack of care is leaving vulnerable people without the care they need in their later life. I cannot stress enough how awful this company is. Please do not use them. If you use them your precious family member will not be cared for.
