Not a reputable agency they are constantly sending carer's to mu mum who do not have a clue what they are doing, when any of her family ring up we are told, well we do not have anybody else, they speak to my mum disgusting, on thursday night after sendingv2 carer's earlier in the morning who did not have a clue what they were doing ( yet again) my mum rang and said do not send them again, guess what!!! they did so my mum told them to go she rang up and they were not helpful so they they my poor mum on the couch all evening, my sister had to go up and get my mum into bed all by herself, as i was on holiday, would any caring person leave anyone let alone their mother like that,when my mum rang next day, they ignored her calls all day SHOCKING i am now looking for another agency to care for my mum, they are honeslty uncapable
