After a horrible experience with the treatment of my wife in a previous care home I decided to move my wife to a different home and so i came across comprehensive care. I was 50/50 at first because i had mixed opinions about the company but they did not disappoint! They have been treating my wife like
"one of their own" which is how my wife described their service. My wife finally seems settled and happy which also makes me very happy. I hope they continue to keep up the hard work, thank you comprehensive care! It feels as if a weight had been lifted off my shoulders.

My mother was taken care of very well so I just wanted to come on here quickly and give a big thanks to all the staff that made it possible! Thank you very much. I really do appreciate all that you have done for my mother!

This company isn't as they seem. They are very rude and manipulative and they don't cater to people's individual needs. They don't look after the service users properly. Some staff haven't had DBS checks and they twist the truth on the handover sheets/documentation. They don't do risk assessments properly,
the care plans aren't always true to Social Services/the local authority as they don't safeguard services users properly.

Despite the challenges we faced from you, including racial, physical, and emotional abuse toward staff, which we have evidence of, no charges were ever pressed against you. Instead, staff have spent their personal money purchasing presents for you and taking you out on your birthday as well as from the Company's pulse. We cannot allow these accusations to go unaddressed, as they pose a serious risk to our reputation. In the 22 months you were with us, feedback was regularly sought, and at no point did you raise any concerns. We request that you either verify your claims or remove the review with immediate effect. Should this not happen, we will be forced to take legal action. Please understand that this is a serious matter involving character assassination and we are not taking it lightly. We look forward to you resolving this matter promptly.
