They quickly arranged a schedule of carers for the week, and we were honestly impressed. The carers were amazing - kind, attentive, and patient - and they truly upheld the value of care. They were always punctual, and if there were ever any changes, we were promptly updated (which was very rare).

When these issues were raised with the administrative office promises were made to rectify but nothing happened. Eventually they had to be replaced.

From the outset, the Manager of Prime Home Care and the office-based staff have done their utmost to compile and maintain a care package which is 'tailor-made' to my mother's personal care requirements. The carers themselves are a fabulous team, all working together for my mother's best interests. I have witnessed their thorough care of and courtesy and respect towards my mother.
