My aunt used Prime Home Care earlier this year for a few months. She has chronic asthma, arthritis, and also underwent hip replacement surgery. At first, our family tried to manage 24-hour care ourselves, but due to our own circumstances we decided to look for a care agency. Her son found Prime Home
Care through online referrals, and we booked an assessment that very same day.


They quickly arranged a schedule of carers for the week, and we were honestly impressed. The carers were amazing - kind, attentive, and patient - and they truly upheld the value of care. They were always punctual, and if there were ever any changes, we were promptly updated (which was very rare).


Overall, our experience with Prime Home Care was excellent, and we're grateful for the support they provided to my aunt during her recovery!

Using home care services is rarely something you plan for as it is usually a situation that you suddenly have to consider.
In January 2025, my sister had a sudden debilitating stroke which meant that she needed round the clock care and attention. I contacted Prime Home Care with scepticism. I did not
know if I could trust any care organisation with looking after a loved one.
My reluctance was unfounded. Prime Home Care showed themselves to indeed be caring, responsive, reactive and very understanding - often with just a moments notice.
I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone with a stricken loved one.
It has been a pleasure to work with these people.

Do not employ this. company, they were put in place to care for my mother who is a stroke victim in her 90's. They failed to keep any accessible daily records of times of attendance and who was attending, their were no MARS sheets kept so if paramedics had to be called they would have no idea of what
medication had been administered. There were occasions when one carer turned up when there should have been two. There were also problems with them accessing parts of the house they had no need to go and small items went missing. When these issues were raised with the administrative office promises were made to rectify but nothing happened. Eventually they had to be replaced.

Hi Russell. Very sorry to read this review. We had discussed on several occasions that the Care Quality Commission (CQC) require all records move away from paper to digital. We had a meeting between yourself, our manager and your social worker where we explained that paper records were being phased out from the sector. Digital notes allow us to check care in real time allowing us to address any concerns. Our carers have an App with a GPS tracker, used to log in and out of clients houses, giving us access to real time data of calls attended.The missing items you have brought up were wet wipes. We tried to keep their use to a minimum as you wanted to keep your costs low but the alternative would have been a risk of pressure sores if your mother was not sufficiently cleaned.Our manager spoke to you a few days before care stopped. You were said our carers 'were lovely' and you did not advise of any non attendance. Our carers enjoyed their time with your mother. She will be missed.

My elderly mother has been the beneficiary of excellent and extremely professional care provision from Prime Home Care for the last six months. Having seen my mother exposed to sub-standard care from two other care agencies prior to that, I was thrilled to come across a web link to Prime Home Care in
January 2024. This agency had great web reviews and were quick and enthusiastic to step in with an excellent home care package for my mother at a very crucial time. From the outset, the Manager of Prime Home Care and the office-based staff have done their utmost to compile and maintain a care package which is 'tailor-made' to my mother's personal care requirements. The carers themselves are a fabulous team, all working together for my mother's best interests. I have witnessed their thorough care of and courtesy and respect towards my mother. I can see from my mother's well-being and happiness that she is truly 'at home' with her Prime Home Care carers. Thank you so much, Prime Home Care!

Prime Home Care are currently one of the best care agencies I've had the pleasure of working with for my sister with mental health needs. They are very thorough, with documentation and written care plans, very thoughtful and understanding of her needs, extremely professional in their conduct and mannerisms
which is a rarity among care agency management and they ensure the smooth running of my sister's care so I've not had to intervene in any matters except that they were handled efficiently.

My mother passed away on 07th December 2022. She was with your care team for the last 8 months.
I can surely say that she had the best care in her life. Your staff served her with love, passion and personal touch, and I believe this is far more than we expect. Your staff were so close to my mum, even
though she was very difficult to handle due to her dementia and personal factors.
But your staff came up with new ways (and lovely ways) to handle her.
They are stars, superstars. We all love them.

My friend looks forward to her carers visiting and she absolutely enjoys her company. Office staff are easy to contact and visit often or keep in touch over phone to ensure things are going well. Very fond of care coordinator from the agency!
