Prime Home Care

My aunt used Prime Home Care earlier this year for a few months. She has chronic asthma, arthritis, and also underwent hip replacement surgery. At first, our family tried to manage 24-hour care ourselves, but due to our own circumstances we decided to look for a care agency. Her son found Prime Home Care through online referrals, and we booked an assessment that very same day.

They quickly arranged a schedule of carers for the week, and we were honestly impressed. The carers were amazing - kind, attentive, and patient - and they truly upheld the value of care. They were always punctual, and if there were ever any changes, we were promptly updated (which was very rare).

Overall, our experience with Prime Home Care was excellent, and we're grateful for the support they provided to my aunt during her recovery!

Do not employ this. company, they were put in place to care for my mother who is a stroke victim in her 90's. They failed to keep any accessible daily records of times of attendance and who was attending, their were no MARS sheets kept so if paramedics had to be called they would have no idea of what medication had been administered. There were occasions when one carer turned up when there should have been two. There were also problems with them accessing parts of the house they had no need to go and small items went missing. When these issues were raised with the administrative office promises were made to rectify but nothing happened. Eventually they had to be replaced.

My elderly mother has been the beneficiary of excellent and extremely professional care provision from Prime Home Care for the last six months. Having seen my mother exposed to sub-standard care from two other care agencies prior to that, I was thrilled to come across a web link to Prime Home Care in January 2024. This agency had great web reviews and were quick and enthusiastic to step in with an excellent home care package for my mother at a very crucial time. From the outset, the Manager of Prime Home Care and the office-based staff have done their utmost to compile and maintain a care package which is 'tailor-made' to my mother's personal care requirements. The carers themselves are a fabulous team, all working together for my mother's best interests. I have witnessed their thorough care of and courtesy and respect towards my mother. I can see from my mother's well-being and happiness that she is truly 'at home' with her Prime Home Care carers. Thank you so much, Prime Home Care!

Carer and management team are extremely good. They know my mom's needs and are well-trained as well. They looked after my mom very well. Definitely recommend.

Very happy with the service. My mother's primary carers are fantastic and very caring and thoughtful in circumstances which are not always easy. Both my brother and I work and we would like my mother to enjoy living in her own home for as long as possible. Prime Home Care plays a key role for us in that.

Prime Home Care are currently one of the best care agencies I've had the pleasure of working with for my sister with mental health needs. They are very thorough, with documentation and written care plans, very thoughtful and understanding of her needs, extremely professional in their conduct and mannerisms which is a rarity among care agency management and they ensure the smooth running of my sister's care so I've not had to intervene in any matters except that they were handled efficiently.

My friend looks forward to her carers visiting and she absolutely enjoys her company. Office staff are easy to contact and visit often or keep in touch over phone to ensure things are going well. Very fond of care coordinator from the agency!

I am very grateful for the support and advice provided by the team. They have always been very professional, courteous and helpful. The helper at home is refreshingly friendly, polite and approachable. I would strongly recommend this company as they have been excellent throughout and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I find the office staff are very nice, if I have any problems they will sort them out. The two carers I have are very helpful and know my needs, in fact, they are helpful even having chats, which is lovely as I can't get out there at the moment. I wouldn't change this company. I am very satisfied, very pleased.

My care workers are very helpful and polite. They assist me with everything I need. My carer is one of the best carers I have had until now. Whenever I need help she is there to help me out. Always keeps me updated with her timings etc. Overall all the carers are good and supportive and helpful.

My Homecare are caring for our elderly, housebound neighbour. They treat him with respect and dignity and show excellent standards in all respects of his care. the staff are trustworthy and reliable. Everything is done promptly and professionally. The management are always available and resolve and questions you may have efficiently and with care and consideration. Overall 10/10.

The carer is always punctual, very relaxed, kind and caring. It is very clear that she enjoys looking after people. The ideal person for this type of job.
