Prime Home Care provides quality care throughout the boroughs of Harrow, Hillingdon and Ealing.

The agency offers a variety of services ranging from personal care, meal preparation, befriending, dementia support, Alzheimer's support, Autism support and much more. They can provide visits from as little as 1 hour through to 24 hour live-in care.

All their carers are trained to the high standards set by the CQC. Training is all provided in house so that they can ensure full compliance with all their company policies and procedures.

My Homecare provide an initial, no obligation visit to all clients so that clients' needs can be discussed.

The carers provided by My Homecare who look after my mother are very professional, caring and supportive to my mother who has Alzheimers and other complex medical conditions. In particular, the carers who come on Saturdays definitely go the extra mile in caring for my mother by engaging with her and
keeping her stimulated and mentally and emotionally active as sometimes with her physical health, she is not always very mobile. Though the other carer is very good at getting my mother to go for short walks as keeping her physically active is just as important as her mental health. My only limitation is I cannot afford to pay for more hours that would benefit my mother and me.

My mother has been receiving care from My Homecare of rover 2 years now and we are both very happy with the service they provide for her. She is treated with dignity and empathy by both management and carers and her regular carer, in particular, has a wonderful rapport with her and regularly goes the
extra mile. For myself, I am also impressed with the professionalism of the management team
