Well since October I cant fault CRT from chesterfield area they helped my granddad before he passed away 3 weeks as yesterday. Jess, Holly, Riley, Tracey and Tracy all brilliant with my Granddad I would recommend CRT to anybody who needs care myself, my partner and my family noticed a cracking difference with care for my granddad.

I have CRT carers for my wife who do a very good job in a light hearted manner they bring joy to the house especially our regular team from Killamarsh, two members of staff in particular always make us laugh, and spend time chatting with us .

With the wife very caring and sympathetic did everything to the wife what they were required cannot fault them they did a wonderful job evening even if it was only for four days. they treat the wife with respect

We received fast track care for my dad who came out of hospital for end of life/palliative care at home. We had 4 specific carers who were quite simply, amazing! They looked after dad as if he was a member of their family and treated him so gently, efficiently and respectfully. They also helped by supporting the family and we can't thank them enough for enabling us to be able to just love dad in his final days knowing his personal care was 100% taken care of. We will always be grateful and they will never be forgotten.

Fantastic care is provided on a daily basis. Staff are aware of needs and ensure these are always met. Staff are knowledgeable and share their experiences. To four members of staff in particular - thank you for all you do!

The carers are very dedicated and try hard to ensure that my mother is safe and well cared for. I totally trust the majority of them and their knowledge of my mother's needs and they support her in all aspects of her personal care. It is excellent that she sees the same carers most days and has therefore been able to build a strong relationship with them. She constantly tells me how good they are to her and that she loves them coming to see her. I can't praise them enough

My nan has been having CRT carers for a number of years but more recently required more care from them. Her carers are amazing, she has regular carers majority of the time and treat her exactly how we would treat her. She looks forward to their visits as she treats them as friends. Nothing is too much trouble for them and always ensure she is safe and well. These carers need a lot more recognition for what they do!

I will say your review policy is a bit overwhelming for the people who have to write their comments down.

My mum had to come and stay with me due to an injured shoulder. CRT started about a week after Mum was staying with me and couldn't have asked for more. The lady who did the assessment was so kind and thoughtful and then there were 4 of the carers mums had. They have both been so kind, helpful, and caring for my mum, whilst I've been working. Would highly recommend CRT. Thank you so much.

It is reassuring to know my mum is being looked after with complete care and dignity every morning.

I have had a very helpful, secure and enabling experience with CRT - Rotherham when I was discharged from hospital. I have gained confidence and vast improvement in my personal care due to the support from the care staff I receive.

I have been involved with CTR for nearly three years. I have no complaints with the care my wife has received. Generally experienced carers have been provided, the odd one or two have lacked the necessary caring attitude but overall the service has been good.
