We received fast track care for my dad who came out of hospital for end of life/palliative care at home. We had 4 specific carers who were quite simply, amazing! They looked after dad as if he was a member of their family and treated him so gently, efficiently and respectfully. They also helped by supporting the family and we can't thank them enough for enabling us to be able to just love dad in his final days knowing his personal care was 100% taken care of. We will always be grateful and they will never be forgotten.

My mum had to come and stay with me due to an injured shoulder. CRT started about a week after Mum was staying with me and couldn't have asked for more. The lady who did the assessment was so kind and thoughtful and then there were 4 of the carers mums had. They have both been so kind, helpful, and caring for my mum, whilst I've been working. I have been involved with CTR for nearly three years. I have no complaints with the care my wife has received. Generally experienced carers have been provided, the odd one or two have lacked the necessary caring attitude but overall the service has been good.
