We thank the team at Brisca for their care and attention for looking after my Dad from January to May 2025 until he passed away. We had carers in twice a day, in the morning to help him shower and give him his breakfast and in the evening to give him his dinner and sit with him. The kindness, and respect
they had for my Dad was a great comfort to our family. We highly recommend this company and we were so glad we went with them following recommendations from others who have used them.
One member of staff, in particular, and the team of carers are very dedicated and would accommodate any of our requests for additional cover whenever we needed it. We cannot thank them enough.

Well, Brisca Healthcare was directly arranged from St. Luke's Hospice to assist my mother with overall daily care. Considering the nature of their job, which is undoubtedly a vocational one, I must say that they were fantastic. Each and every carer who visited my mother four times a day was phenomenal.
They always arrived with a smile and were always polite and courteous to their surroundings.

I cannot fault the care my mum has received from these carers. They have visited my mum 4 times a day for nearly 3 years. They always manage to get her to raise a smile as they talk to her and ensure she receives breakfast and tea. They help get her ready in the morning and ready for bed at night time.
Both me and my sister have had every confidence in them doing the right thing.

Mum is 99 and had been having 1 carer once per day for just over a year , they have been reliable, patient and friendly and performed their duties in an efficient and professional manner keeping me informed of any issues. Mum recently had a stay in hospital and when discharged home I had no hesitation
in recommending brisca resume carers 4 times per day (2 carers per visit) , they cared for mum for a further 2 weeks until she unable to stay at home and was relocated to a nursing home. I want to say Thank you to everyone at brisca (from the carers to office staff ) and would recommend them to anyone who needs help in caring for loved ones.

As a family we wanted to care for dad ourselves, but the 5 days before dads passing we needed special help with moving dad in the bed. The care, attention to detail, support especially in dads final days were second to none. The team of carers always welcomed us with a smile, and they made an effort
to check in on all the family who were there, even though they were there for Dad. The way they interacted with dad too and the dignity they gave him we will be truely grateful. THANK YOU

All the staff at Brisca were helpful, supportive and so caring.
I can't thank them enough for the wonderful care they gave my mother-in-law. Excellent communication and being able to contact them out of hours was also such a help.

Brisca Healthcare cared for my mother in the last 2 days of her life at home. They were absolutely marvellous, they were caring, reliable and professional. Without them, I don't know what we would have done. Their staff were amazing I just can't thank them enough. My mother passed away but everything

I can not fault the care my father has received at all, the whole company, from the member of staff on the phone to the wonderful team who are looking after my father, they have shown compassion, professionalism, empathy, client dignity and most of all, love! I would not hesitate to recommend this brilliant
company to anyone who is in need. An extremely difficult time at the end of my father's life has been made less stressful and it's all down to this wonderful company.

Brisca Healthcare Romford was arranged for my husband's palliative care. I was very nervous about the experience but I needn't have worried. The whole team were very supportive and caring. They respected my husband's dignity at all times and treated us both in a very caring manner, sometimes going beyond

Carers only came to my home to care for my husband for a short while as he died quite quickly after leaving hospital but the care he received was very good. Carers were very kind and thoughtful. I had no complaints about the care he received.

Brisca helped my cousin to stay at home for 18 months as his health declined to the point where he required a move to a residential care home.
The staff who provided care for my cousin were always very professional and caring. There were a number of times when the staff had to deal with difficult situations
and these were handled with care and compassion. The interactions with the Brisca office team were straightforward and they kept us well informed of any issues with my cousin's care by telephone email or social media. I would strongly recommend Brisca as a Home Care Provider.

Brisca Healthcare looked after my father during his last few months of life. They visited four times a day and were always caring and respectful of his dignity, something which was really important to him.
I found dealing with the office always to be efficient and the staff were helpful to accommodate
any requests or changes.
The app worked well, it's a really helpful tool to track the day, routine and timings, it gave me peace of mind that I could keep a check on Dad's fluid and food intake, as well as his medication.
Overall, I am really happy with the service provided and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company and their wonderful carers - thank you Brisca for all your support with my dad.

I cannot recommend Brisca Healthcare highly enough. The care they have given to my grandma over the last 2 years has been outstanding. Every carer has treated my grandma with the utmost dignity and respect but more importantly with love and compassion. Grandma had a great sense of humour and we would
find the carers singing and dancing with her to make her smile. And they certainly did make her smile every day. Towards the end of her life we could see the concern and love they had for her and were all a huge support for us. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts everyone at Brisca. A very grateful family.

Brisca Healthcare looked after Mum for almost two years. The carers were reliable, patient and kind, some exceptionally so. The administrative staff were helpful and professional, listening and responding to concerns and quick to react to changes in Mum's caring needs. She wanted to be cared for in
her own home and Brisca helped to make this possible, despite her deteriorating health. I am grateful for their support, particularly in the final weeks of her life. Thanks to all the staff.

The staff were friendly, professional, informative, reliable and reassuring. My mother was treated gently and with respect and kindness. As she was declining towards the end of her life, it was comforting to know she would receive the required level of care and support when so needed.

I've had the pleasure of meeting most of Brisca's team of carers over the last year. They are usually cheerful, polite, helpful, and eager to learn individual's ways of doing things. Sometimes they don't understand what you need but a bit of patience and rewording has sorted it out. It has brightened
up the day when they come and my dogs have loved seeing them too. The office staff are very helpful and sort any issues out quickly. Even if you ring out of hours they are very polite and happy to help. Thank you all for your service to me, much appreciated.

Mum is 98 and her experience is very good. In general, the carers are reliable, patient and friendly and perform their duties in an efficient and professional manner.
If any issues arise, the office has always been available should I need to contact them and has quickly put any change into place. Recommended.
