Although the support provided was only for a short period, it was invaluable to us, in being comforted that my husband was looked after in a caring and compassionate manner and his hygiene needs taken care of. All the carers that attended were lovely, kind and friendly and I can't thank them enough
for their support.

We needed extra help with my grandmother after my grandfather's health took a turn for the worse, at first we had carrers 3 evening per week for a sitting service to give family members a break but since the passing of my grandfather in September we now have 4 daily calls.
The ladies are always kind
and caring, they keep things very clean and tidy. It was a very nerve wreaking for us to have 'strangers' in our home but rest assured we have had nothing but a positive experience.
A few issues to iron out but nothing major.
Always reliable and on time.

Happy with all aspects of care. All communication was very good. The carers attended twice a day and everyone was friendly and chatty. Overall experience with Brisca Healthcare has been very good.

I don't have enough words to describe how wonderful your team were with my husband. They were all so caring to him they give him the love as if he was their own, it always put a smile on his face when they came in and I know he always make them smile by the time they left. Sadly he passed away on the
8th May. But I will never forget what a pleasure it was to call them family.

The carers call 4 times a day to help mam with her every day living after she fell twice in the space of 6 weeks and broke both hips.
They are helpful and polite and nothing is to much trouble.
After a bad experience with another care company, the staff at Brisca are a breath of fresh air

The carer sits with the client and makes him a drink and empties the urine bottle that's it really. She doesn't take his cup out and she sometimes goes to sleep and has her feet on the sofa when I walk in. She has no manners she goes to our toilet without asking.

Mam has Alzheimers and Vascular dementia and often has challenging behaviour. When her original care company could no longer provide the time and care to meet her needs we were very pleased that Brisca could step in.
All the carers have dealt with mam exactly as we asked.They are compassionate and
friendly and do a great job. They spend the time needed to ensure she is clean and well nourished.
Communication with the administration team is excellent , any tiny teething problems have been promptly sorted out. Any requests have been agreed without problem.
Over all Brisca has give my sister and I peace of mind that mam is safe in her own home.

Brisca care started to visit my mother in March 2025 , they offer 30mins care each morning distributing medication, my mother enjoys there service and jolly personality's , we as a family have found all of the staff helpful and efficient and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing a
helping hand .
My mother has never had any help and was very sceptical when we suggested it , but she is very happy and looks forward to her chats with the carers when they visit .

I have been with Brisca health care for over a year now having come from another care provider where the quality of care was very inconsistent. There is a sharp contrast in the care I receive from Brisca which is consistently of a high standard. They Provide me with personal care as well as help with
household tasks and these are carried out very throughly. The carers are patient and very pleasant ,professional and turn up on time. The standards are maintained throughout the orgainsation with office staff being efficient pleasant to talk to and amenable when making any changes to times.I have always managed to contact someone in the organisation. I am very pleased with my care.

We have been using Brisca Healthcare since July 2024 for school holiday short breaks for our son. They completed a home visit prior to him starting where she met our son and listened intently to his support needs where she developed a person-centred plan so she could ensure his needs were met.
We
are so pleased with the support our son receives, he gets excited when he sees he is going out with his support worker and they always provide him with activities he enjoys and follow his support plan.
