If I could give this company zero stars I would. The director and management are a disgrace. Sending staff from 60 miles away so they are always late, staff are exploited, the quality of care is poor and anyone considering this company I would strongly suggest installing cctv. Management have no manners
and lie through their teeth, the cameras were my saving grace. The last visit they left my child in his wheelchair while staff browsed their phones and ignored my son. Made me sick to my stomach. I fear for vulnerable people with this company.
