I have had a very good and positive experience. There's many members of staff who I get along brilliantly with and make me feel very comfortable. I appreciate Winserves flexibility with call time and schedules and I'm very grateful for this. I know they will do their upmost to try to provide the care I need.

We have carers in four times a day to look after mum who is on end of life care. All the carers have been very professional and sympathetic to mums needs which have been changing daily. All the family thank you for your help, support and guidance during this difficult time.

Extremely reliable, some staff have created a minor bond with the patient. Flexible when needed. Staff are polite and appear generally caring. Patient is treated with dignity and respect. The thing that stands out above all is reliability; they have been slightly late on occasion, but they have always attended. This has not been the case with other providers. Another possibility from the provider is that they send the same carer (or a small group of carers). This is particularly important with dementia clients.

Amazing kind caring staff treat clients and family with respect do everything they can for the clients and there famiy, My son as severe autisum learning difficulties explosive disorder he was taken kindly in by winserve as there was emergency they never turned him away .They didnt know my son he didnt know them but they was kind understanding during his melt downs didnt judge just wanted to help they say kindness cost nothing, Time as gone on now my son is coming on leaps bounds due to there kindness understanding no one else would do what the carers staff done for my son they put up with so much but still was there for him as i say hes coming on due to the lovely staff they all have hearts of gold never give up on a person in need true angels and i cant thank them enough they have come good friends to me aswell so kind you dont get that these days but you do with winserve in cornwall i thankyou all for all you do for my son and mexxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxtrue

Bad communication poor support from the staff very rude and disrespectful staff working with me doesn't make sure repairs are fixed and leaves it months and months the support workers don't do there job they do what they want to when they want they are very inconsiderate and don't seem to show that they care the staff lack to show support or care they don't act professional I have made several complains about the staff and nothing is being done I have made endless reports about repairs that need repairing like for example I have reported the fire alarm not having a battery in my room and the seriousness of this and this has still not been sorted out I mentioned about the cabinet in my bathroom hanging off the hinges and nobody has been to sort that out this is now classed as neglecting my needs and this is now been happening since I first ever moved in I have told the staff that they are there to support me and instead all the staff do is sit in the staff room they don't help/support.

Winserve provided home care for my mother-in-law for the last two and a half years after she came out of hospital and was bed-bound. The staff who looked after Joan were always very caring: cheerful, kind, patient, careful and always sympathetic and understanding of her needs. They provided personal care for her and were always respectful of her condition of dementia. We were always confident that she was in safe hands and that we could rely on the carers looking after her in the best way possible for her. Winserve gave us peace of mind that she was receiving the best possible care.

With 24-hour around-the-clock care required, plus regular expected and unexpected visits to the hospital, Winserve have gone above and beyond to provide support for my uncle. The carers are experts in complex care needs and are always caring, respectful and efficient. The office team liaise brilliantly with the hospital, social worker, district nurse and doctors. I'm so grateful for all you do for us.

The management keep in touch and if a different sitter is introduced they are always shadowed in the first instance by an experienced colleague. They truly make a positive impact on our lives.

My sons home was adapted for my sons needs. Good transition and shadowing. The home is perfect for my son. Good communication with home with photos etc. Winserve has been consistent with care and sympathetic with the emotions and journey of a child leaving home toward the next stage of independence.

Winserve provided excellent overnight care to my father-in-law whilst my mother-in-law was in the hospital. The carer I met was friendly, caring and professional. When he awoke during the night, she went to him immediately and provided care respectfully and sensitively. Thank you.

The staff in the office have been helpful setting up care at the stressful time in my dad's illness. All the carers have been very friendly and efficient. They have arrived on time and listened to my report of my fathers status that day, even though they had read his case notes. They have been friendly and courteous to my father at all times. This is night care so my father is asleep most of the time, but I know he appreciates it.

I'm continually delighted by the service I get from my carers at Winserve who provide holiday and weekend cover for my regular carers. They are always on time and arrive with a smile, ready and keen to help me get on with my day.
