Bad communication poor support from the staff very rude and disrespectful staff working with me doesn't make sure repairs are fixed and leaves it months and months the support workers don't do there job they do what they want to when they want they are very inconsiderate and don't seem to show that
they care the staff lack to show support or care they don't act professional I have made several complains about the staff and nothing is being done I have made endless reports about repairs that need repairing like for example I have reported the fire alarm not having a battery in my room and the seriousness of this and this has still not been sorted out I mentioned about the cabinet in my bathroom hanging off the hinges and nobody has been to sort that out this is now classed as neglecting my needs and this is now been happening since I first ever moved in I have told the staff that they are there to support me and instead all the staff do is sit in the staff room they don't help/support.

Winserve provided home care for my mother-in-law for the last two and a half years after she came out of hospital and was bed-bound. The staff who looked after Joan were always very caring: cheerful, kind, patient, careful and always sympathetic and understanding of her needs. They provided personal
care for her and were always respectful of her condition of dementia. We were always confident that she was in safe hands and that we could rely on the carers looking after her in the best way possible for her. Winserve gave us peace of mind that she was receiving the best possible care.

With 24-hour around-the-clock care required, plus regular expected and unexpected visits to the hospital, Winserve have gone above and beyond to provide support for my uncle. The carers are experts in complex care needs and are always caring, respectful and efficient. The office team liaise brilliantly
with the hospital, social worker, district nurse and doctors. I'm so grateful for all you do for us.

Winserve have been acting as night sitters for my daughter for over four years. She has complex needs and I am 78 years old with many medical issues of my own. Without the support of Winserve carers throughout the night 365 days a year our lives would have been unmanageable.
I use the word carer to
describe each of the small team of people who come every night, because that is the most apt description of the kind professionalism that each one displays. They have learnt to know and understand my daughter's needs and have developed a good relationship with her even though she is nonverbal. Communication is good with notes being made hourly, which I can read in the morning after a restful sleep, knowing she is in safe hands.
The management keep in touch and if a different sitter is introduced they are always shadowed in the first instance by an experienced colleague. They truly make a positive impact on our lives.

I needed assistance at very short notice which wasn't a problem. My dad hasn't had carers before therefore I was unsure how he'd be but they were lovely and he enjoyed their company. This meant I was able to have a long overdue break for a few days without any concerns. Overall we are both very happy
with the service provided and will turn to yourselves when we need assistance again.

The care my Mum received from Winserve was excellent. The girls who looked after Mum were so kind, nothing was too much trouble even though Mum could be difficult at times. Her regular carers were marvellous and I'm sure my Mum will really miss them. They were so efficient and dealt with all Mum's care

I am reviewing Winserve in my capacity as a Solicitor for an elderly frail lady who had no local family. I cannot thank the manager and his team at Winserve enough for the kindness and compassion that they showed to my client. The whole team are absolutely marvellous and nothing was ever too much trouble.
The
whole operation runs extremely smoothly. What really impressed me was when my client deteriorated they were able to go from providing 3 visits a day to providing 2 carers 24/7 at a moment's notice. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to any family with a relative who needs care.
The best thing about Winserve is the team of committed carers.

Winserve were recommended to us by another family and we are so pleased we chose them to help with the support our mum's needs. We are very grateful for the carers' continued daily care, kindness and patience when supporting mum and also for their kindness towards our dad too. They always make time
to have a chat with both parents and make sure everything is ok before they leave. The Manager has always been and continues to be professional, helpful and friendly.

Very caring and my mother was very well looked after by Winserve. Would definitely pass this company to anyone wanting carers for their family which I have
already done but unfortunately they have certain care companies they deal with. Overall had 4 care companies for my mother and Winserve was the best by far.

We have carers from Winserve four times a day since my husband came out of hospital in February, and I cannot praise them enough. They are amazing! Highly competent, professional, and totally reliable. They treat my husband with dignity and respect, and are always friendly and compassionate. I couldn't
imagine being without their steady support. I'd like to thank all the carers for their help this year. My husband calls them "the dream team". Yes, I would certainly recommend Winserve to others.

My husband and I love the girls that come to our home. We have no problem, pleasant and like to have a laugh but still working. I get up early just to open the door for them to come in and then straight to work. I just look forward to seeing them, it makes my day to see a friendly face in the morning.
They do what they have to do and ask me do I need anything they can do for me. They are always pleasant and very good with my husband.

Arranging the initial meet to planning and starting care was effortless and professional.
All the carers involved with Mum were excellent. On numerous occasions, they rang me if there was a situation and kept me informed. It was clear all the carers loved their roles caring for people, having patience
and calmness when my mum had her dementia moments. I could leave notes and the carers acted on them. Their support alleviated a lot of pressure off me. I will be recommending Winserve. Mum is moving into a care home now as she is no longer able to live independently. Without the carers, this would have happened sooner.
