Whitestone could not have provided better care for my family member. The manager and her team were the most dedicated professionals I have ever come across - caring, kind, understanding, efficient and above all always available and always had her clients best interests at heart. We as a family cannot
thank them enough for their help and support. The team of carers were also incredibly kind and efficient especially three members of staff and we will never forget their level of care and expertise and kindness.
I cannot recommend Whitestone highly enough and the care they provided ensured my family member was respected, looked after and nurtured when it was most important for them to feel this way. Thank you

From my experience of Whitestone caring for my Dad:
Whitestone is a superb care agency! Its staff were very dedicated, personable caring and respectful. They were kind and took their time to suit a client's needs and personality. A real connection was formed between the carers and the client which
made for a good relationship. The management team went above and beyond to help and fine-tune individual bespoke care. Their level of authentic care for a client was very tangible and touching. First class genuine care!

Whitestone have been providing care for nearly two years now and overall it has been a positive experience. The care team are generally very polite and courteous. They are usually prompt in terms of call times and do ring if running late. They have also been accommodating if call times have needed to
be changed. My wife takes certain medication and they have set in place a daily check of the stock remaining, so it can be re-ordered on a monthly basis. The response time from the management has sometimes been disappointing which has been frustrating, however meetings have been arranged to work through any issues that arise.

In December 2020 my 30-year-old son had a spinal injury leaving him as a tetraplegic needing extremely complex care. Since July 2021 when he came home he has been cared for so brilliantly by the team at Whitestone. They’ve made what was a tragedy for our family liveable, we couldn’t survive without
the loving care they provide. Every single carer who’s come into our home has been wonderful. We are so lucky to have them in our lives. I would certainly recommend the team at Whitestone to anyone needing complex home care.

On behalf of my whole family, I can't thank Whitestone Care enough for their incredible service throughout the final months of my mother's life. The kindness, respect and care they showed towards my mum was so amazing and made going through a really hard time, that little bit easier. Everyone that came
to care for my mum was so kind and friendly and made her feel comfortable and well cared for. We just want to thank all of the team for their hard work and the support they gave my mum and us all during this time. Such lovely people, I will actually miss seeing every day now!

A carer from Whitestone stayed with my mother for the last few weeks of her life before she was moved to the hospice where she passed peacefully. Overall very satisfied with Whitestone Care. My mother is entirely dependant on her carers, and she appears to have a good rapport with them. Whitestones have considered my mother's needs and wishes, and these have been more than adequately met. My mother has three regular carers who alternate over
the weeks, and all carers are excellent, and this means that I can relax in the knowledge that my mother is receiving the care she deserves and needs. Many thanks, Whitestone.

Whitestone provided a skilful, caring and responsive service that was an essential help. There are three recommendations that can be made.
(1) If carers are going to be delayed it is important to telephone ahead to advise of this. Not to do so can be upsetting for the client. Whitestone had, from
time to time, to be reminded of this.
(2) Perhaps less experienced carers need to be made aware that the clients can like to make their own decisions. Experienced carers handle this expertly so that the client feels in charge, but in-fact the carer is in charge.
(3) Wherever possible, there should be continuity so that carers do not change too often. Whitestone were helpful here to achieve this.
