Whitestone is a superb care agency! Its staff were very dedicated, personable caring and respectful. They were kind and took their time to suit a client's needs and personality. A real connection was formed between the carers and the client which made for a good relationship. The management team went above and beyond to help and fine-tune individual bespoke care. Their level of authentic care for a client was very tangible and touching. First class genuine care!

Whitestone have been providing care for nearly two years now and overall it has been a positive experience. The care team are generally very polite and courteous. They are usually prompt in terms of call times and do ring if running late. They have also been accommodating if call times have needed to be changed. My wife takes certain medication and they have set in place a daily check of the stock remaining, so it can be re-ordered on a monthly basis. The response time from the management has sometimes been disappointing which has been frustrating, however meetings have been arranged to work through any issues that arise.

All the carers are cheerful and seem to be very competent. It's a pleasure having them visit.

The management is responsive and helpful in adapting the care for my husband in line with his changing needs.

Outstanding help - the carer is like an angel sent from heaven for us. I could not cope without her.

A carer from Whitestone stayed with my mother for the last few weeks of her life before she was moved to the hospice where she passed peacefully. It was important to Mum to spend this time at home and the help, kindness and professionalism of the Whitestone carer made this possible and we will forever be very grateful.

Overall very satisfied with Whitestone Care. My mother is entirely dependant on her carers, and she appears to have a good rapport with them. Whitestones have considered my mother's needs and wishes, and these have been more than adequately met. My mother has three regular carers who alternate over the weeks, and all carers are excellent, and this means that I can relax in the knowledge that my mother is receiving the care she deserves and needs. Whenever I have had a problem it is sorted out very quickly and I always get a phone call of apology.

My father died as the carers arrived, they called the office who sent out a special team who cleaned and dressed my Father. I consider this to be above and beyond normal service and at all times they acted with respect and dignity. Thank you.

The care my mum has received has been outstanding and I don't know how my mum would have got through this without their help and she feels very safe with the nurses who look after her.

(3) Wherever possible, there should be continuity so that carers do not change too often. Whitestone were helpful here to achieve this.

Whitestone has a dedicated team of care workers who will go beyond to ensure service users are satisfied and their needs met. The team is managed by two nurses, and I believe that this does make a difference. I am grateful for their support.
