Noblesse Care have been caring for me for 2 and a half years, Simply superb - prompt, efficient and dependable. The business is owner managed and thus no frequent agency staff changes. can not recommend them highly enough.

I have been cared for by Noblesse for more than a year so am well qualified to comment on their service. The whole team is well qualified and performs their duties in a very efficient and professional manner. However, that is supplemented by the friendly, caring and cheerful manner in which they perform
their responsibilities. Their visits are tailored to each client's needs and personalities and are enjoyable experiences. I have no hesitation in strongly recommending them as they are the epitome of what a proper care provider should be.

I found the manager of Noblesse Care a delight to deal with. Extremely efficient and reliable. She assigned two excellent carers to look after my father. Unfortunately, he was already suffering from life-threatening heart problems and we only used the service for 3 weeks before my father had to return
to the hospital.
I would have liked a bit more communication on a daily basis from the actual visiting carer about my father’s state but realise this is quite difficult to manage in hourly or half-hourly time slots. Everything else was very good. The carers took note of all instructions and my father (who could be quite difficult) had no complaints.
Having tried other agencies I would certainly recommend Noblesse Care for being extremely accommodating and flexible as well as doing a good caring job.
