Having been provided with a choice of names of care providers from the local enablement team from the council, we selected Prime Healthcare Services on the basis of their flexibility and ability to start care at very short notice. Apart from a misunderstanding on day 1 and confusion about the carer,
our experience for the rest of the period was excellent with the carer being extremely good and gaining the trust of my mother. On one day we did have one other carer as the main one was not available who was also very good.
