Amazing and responsive care company, supported my father towards the end of his life. He felt very safe and supported by Beeloved Home Care and this put our family at great ease. The carers were so kind and caring and really went the extra mile when needed. My father had a couple of companies over the years and this company stood out by far and was the only one my dad didn’t get rid of! We can’t thank you enough for the care and compassion you showed.

The first time the carers visited me was December 2022. I now get an am call every day. The team treat me with kindness and nothing is too much trouble, they are very professional and helpful. They are very aware of my needs. I feel very safe with them, they are always very cheerful, an excellent team with an excellent manager. I would recommend the company to anyone who needs care.

We have been thoroughly delighted with the care and attentiveness that the manager and her team give to my Mother-in-law daily. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and they are gentle, respectful, and kind. They fulfill all of my Mother-in-law’s care needs with the utmost dignity. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend every aspect of the care service they provide.

Apart from that, I have actually no issues whatsoever. They make a big difference to him, to his mental state. He talks about them a lot in such a nice friendly way. Well done, keep it up.

The Beeloved carers are very caring and friendly, they carry out the tasks in the way the customer likes. They take time to interact with the customer. Any concerns that are raised have been dealt with promptly. The staff are very approachable. I certainly feel the customer is in safe confident hands. It has been helpful that Beeloved agency has been able to provide regular carers to maintain continuity, this has had a positive effect on the customer's well-being which has been noticed by his family and Personal Assistants.

Beeloved Home Care offer an excellent, very responsive home care service. What has really impressed me is how much the manager and her team care about people as individuals and go the extra mile to offer the right support, at the right time, necessary to achieve health - mental and physical - and enable the client to reach personal goals. The care is punctual, compassionate and respectful. Client communication and managing expectations are excellent. They recognise that clients have a life which good care makes it possible to fully realise. The Registered Manager, is fully proficient in and knowledgeable of all aspects of care, which inspires total confidence in her in all aspects of care management and practice. They are very pleasant, caring, very helpful, and always smiling and they don't rush me especially if I'm having a rough day. If I'm feeling a bit down they will sit me down and give me advice and are always up for a good chat.

Without exception the ladies have been incredibly caring and kind to me, nothing is too much trouble for them. I am extremely grateful to them all. I am relatively new to needing care at home so feel very fortunate to have found Beeloved Home Care.

I can't say enough good things about the support I have received. From the very beginning and without falter to this day, the support I have been given by the wonderful people from this company has been exceptional - well-judged, well-executed, non-invasive and non-judgemental. It is so easy to communicate with these talented care providers as they somehow figure you out in minutes, figure out you, your needs, how to help, where to start and more. As a person with anxiety, I usually feel quite invaded and feel overwhelmed when new people enter my home, but never have I felt like that from anyone at Beeloved Care. They greet you with a smile that you feel like you've known for years, it is so easy to stay feeling right at home around these genuine and lovely people. As a whole, the care and support I have received from the people of this company has been absolutely exceptional, every minute of it.

Professional caring and punctual!

Can’t praise this company enough, I have had numerous care companies but these are by far the most reliable, caring and compassionate ladies.

The care staff are professional, helpful and have gone the extra mile for looking after my relative. They have covered short notice requirements. Thanks to all the staff for their support.

Individual carers have been good but often arrive with no briefing of the patient's condition or needs. Management of carers' locations has been most inefficient, so they have been driving all over the place. Most difficult to accept is the uncertainty of who is the next carer? When will she come? Why is she so late? My wife gets extremely anxious and we just can't take any more.

Worried at the start of service but after a few visits, my fear of change went away and apart from a handful of times, all visits have been excellent. Two or three missed visits, only a couple of late visits and a hurt leg due to a carer getting my leg caught!
