Overall Experience

Amazing and responsive care company, supported my father towards the end of his life. He felt very safe and supported by Beeloved Home Care and this put our family at great ease. The carers were so kind and caring and really went the extra mile when needed. My father had a couple of companies over the

years and this company stood out by far and was the only one my dad didn’t get rid of! We can’t thank you enough for the care and compassion you showed.

Overall Experience

The first time the carers visited me was December 2022. I now get an am call every day. The team treat me with kindness and nothing is too much trouble, they are very professional and helpful. They are very aware of my needs. I feel very safe with them, they are always very cheerful, an excellent team

with an excellent manager. I would recommend the company to anyone who needs care.

Beeloved will always be loved by our family. We cannot express enough gratitude for the professional care and dedication of their staff! Having experienced multiple homecare agencies with my late mother-in-law, I was apprehensive when my father needed care. Previous experiences left us worrying he’d

feel rushed and uncomfortable with multiple unknown carers. However, Beeloved exceeded our expectations. From the moment they arrived, their team, especially his primary carers made him a happier, more confident person. They took time to understand him, get to know him, and attend to his needs with humility, dignity, and respect. From preparing meals to providing personal care, they made his last months ‘happy’ ones. Their communication with us as a family was invaluable. We feel blessed to have had Beeloved in our lives during such a difficult time. Thank you, Beeloved, for everything - you set the benchmark for how care in the UK should be provided.

Overall Experience

My father really likes the carers who come to see to him, always go above and beyond just looking after him. I have met them a couple of times and they are really pleasant and friendly.
My only criticism is (actually more of a procedural issue, and it only happened once) if they are coming by public

transport as some do, I understand you have no control over traffic, we are all aware of how bad traffic in the area is, but really would like a call to say running late, just so I can let my father know as he could either be stuck in bed waiting or downstairs waiting for breakfast, just so he doesn't work himself up and also to stop him calling me at work every five minute to say they aren't here yet.
Apart from that, I have actually no issues whatsoever. They make a big difference to him, to his mental state. He talks about them a lot in such a nice friendly way. Well done, keep it up.

This agency has a distinctly humane approach to care and they have performed their duties with sensitive skill, diligence, attention to detail, punctuality, and kind consideration of my brother's very complex needs. They always take the time to interact with him with kindness and good humour which has

helped to raise my brother's self-esteem and positivity to a remarkable degree. This has been noticed by his immediate family and is a reflection of the high standard of care he is now receiving on a regular basis. I would highly recommend this service to anyone looking for a more compassionate, client-focused, care package. Beeloved are a care agency to be treasured. His family, and associated PAs, are hugely indebted to them for what they have achieved in maintaining, and improving, his overall quality of life, happiness, and sense of security. With over 20 years of care agency experience, I can truthfully say that Beeloved have been the best by a wide margin!

Overall Experience

The Beeloved carers are very caring and friendly, they carry out the tasks in the way the customer likes. They take time to interact with the customer. Any concerns that are raised have been dealt with promptly. The staff are very approachable. I certainly feel the customer is in safe confident hands.

It has been helpful that Beeloved agency has been able to provide regular carers to maintain continuity, this has had a positive effect on the customer's well-being which has been noticed by his family and Personal Assistants.

Overall Experience

I very recently signed up with Beeloved Home Care and I'm very impressed with their service so far. The staff are very friendly, punctual and person-centred with the service provided. They regularly ask if the service user is happy and are quick to act on any concerns raised and resolve them quickly.

They are very competent when using equipment i.e: mobile hoists and staff have regular training and listen to service users.
I feel safe and comfortable with them. Beeloved Home Care is by far the best care company I have been with and I highly recommend them. A service user is well looked after with Beeloved Home Care. Go ahead and sign up, you won't regret it.

Beeloved Home Care offer an excellent, very responsive home care service. What has really impressed me is how much the manager and her team care about people as individuals and go the extra mile to offer the right support, at the right time, necessary to achieve health - mental and physical - and enable

the client to reach personal goals. The care is punctual, compassionate and respectful. Client communication and managing expectations are excellent. They recognise that clients have a life which good care makes it possible to fully realise. The Registered Manager, is fully proficient in and knowledgeable of all aspects of care, which inspires total confidence in her in all aspects of care management and practice. I have no hesitation in recommending her company. Since I started care with Beeloved, I quickly felt settled and at ease. Even my two highly strung cats (take after Mum there) have had a positive response to the whole team. Thanks so much to them all!

I can't say enough good things about the support I have received. From the very beginning and without falter to this day, the support I have been given by the wonderful people from this company has been exceptional - well-judged, well-executed, non-invasive and non-judgemental. It is so easy to communicate

with these talented care providers as they somehow figure you out in minutes, figure out you, your needs, how to help, where to start and more. As a person with anxiety, I usually feel quite invaded and feel overwhelmed when new people enter my home, but never have I felt like that from anyone at Beeloved Care. They greet you with a smile that you feel like you've known for years, it is so easy to stay feeling right at home around these genuine and lovely people. As a whole, the care and support I have received from the people of this company has been absolutely exceptional, every minute of it.

Individual carers have been good but often arrive with no briefing of the patient's condition or needs. Management of carers' locations has been most inefficient, so they have been driving all over the place. Most difficult to accept is the uncertainty of who is the next carer? When will she come? Why

is she so late? My wife gets extremely anxious and we just can't take any more.

Worried at the start of service but after a few visits, my fear of change went away and apart from a handful of times, all visits have been excellent. Two or three missed visits, only a couple of late visits and a hurt leg due to a carer getting my leg caught!
