I have found this company to be an excellent provider of care services. The caregivers who visit our home are incredibly helpful, and I would give Independent Support Care a five-star rating for the quality of support they provide. Since Independent Support Care took over, I no longer have any concerns about the level of service my sister receives. The team is always available 24/7, and the Manager is very responsive, he answers calls promptly and resolves any issues quickly. Excellent company, best around. Very well professionally run. Management and carers deserve 5* 10/10. No complaints. Just wished I had them from the beginning. Got lovely set of carers for my mother always going extra mile to make sure my mum is at ease and comfort.
