Overall Experience

All carers are punctual, polite, go above and beyond to help my father and make him feel safe.
They are very tidy and respect our home as he lives with us.

My father goes to my sisters house every couple of months the admin staff try their best to accommodate the rota around him.

Overall Experience

Connect Care looked after my Mum before she passed 2 years ago and they were excellent. In the last couple of months we have taken them on again for my Dad who is 94 yrs old. We have Carers going in twice daily at present and we are more than happy with the service we are getting. Obviously Caring for anyone is a difficult task and in some ways depends on the personality of the individual Carer but also that of the Client! Some are better than others but generally Dad is pleased with the majority of the Carers he has had. It's early days yet and we still getting used to what can and can't be expected of the Carers but most are very accommodating and do everything that is asked of them.
Administratively the Company is very good and the communication between the Office and the Client's representative is excellent especially when having to cancel, rearrange and reinstate service due to Hospital admissions.

All in all a wonderful provider I would recommend to anyone.

Overall Experience

After a subarachnoid Haemorrhage I had personal care which gave me confidence . I found the carers very reliable and pleasant. The company were able to arrange my first visit quickly and it is helpful to receive a weekly agenda. I would recommend Connect Care for their professional and caring services.

Overall Experience

Mum seems happy with the carers. She likes the company and they are helpful with her tablets and tea. It is good that Mum sometimes has the same carers and they are getting to know her well. Connect Care services seems well organised and friendly.

Overall Experience

We have so far had 6 carers in the short time we have been clients and have found all of them to be most helpful with the tasks we have requested assistance with and all have been very friendly and companiable. In particular Helen has been exceptionable in assisting Brian (my husband) in completing an application for a Blue Card car parking permit with which he had previously been struggling! I am happy to think that I can have someone able to carry out my requirements in the future; thank you very much for what has been done for us so far!

Overall Experience

As a local care company its been ideal for helping external people drop into my dad (who suffers from depression) 4 days a week at lunchtime , for a chinwag and cook him a basic meal. He's got used to carers coming in and conversing with him for half an hour and has accepted the help i never thought he'd initially accept. It gives me peace of mind to carry my weekend work knowing he's got someone dropping in that day.

Overall Experience

As a family we are delighted with the care that my 95 year old mother is receiving. The manager is calm, knowledgeable and reassuring. She is an answer to prayer. The staff are delightful and reliable, even phoning for paramedics when my mother had fallen between visits. I would highly recommend this company.

Overall Experience

The manager and her team are amazing, we are so grateful for the care they offer my father.
Dad came out of hospital having been on palliative care and he was ready to die. The manager and her team have made him feel valued and cared for. They treat him as an individual and go the extra mile. They also take time to talk to him and dad often comments how lucky he is to have such nice people around him.
They communicate well with us as family and this takes a lot of pressure off of us.
NOTE; my recently deceased mother had 3 different care companies assigned to her so we do have a comparison to review against and the manager and her team outshine them all.

It's the little things that often get overlooked when caring for people and often it's the little things that enable people to feel valued and that they have worth as individuals. We will always be grateful to the manager and her team. I highly recommend them.
