Overall Experience

As a family we are delighted with the care that my 95 year old mother is receiving. The manager is calm, knowledgeable and reassuring. She is an answer to prayer. The staff are delightful and reliable, even phoning for paramedics when my mother had fallen between visits. I would highly recommend this company.

Overall Experience

The manager and her team are amazing, we are so grateful for the care they offer my father.
Dad came out of hospital having been on palliative care and he was ready to die. The manager and her team have made him feel valued and cared for. They treat him as an individual and go the extra mile. They also take time to talk to him and dad often comments how lucky he is to have such nice people around him.
They communicate well with us as family and this takes a lot of pressure off of us.
NOTE; my recently deceased mother had 3 different care companies assigned to her so we do have a comparison to review against and the manager and her team outshine them all.

It's the little things that often get overlooked when caring for people and often it's the little things that enable people to feel valued and that they have worth as individuals. We will always be grateful to the manager and her team. I highly recommend them.

Connect Care are very special nothing is too much trouble. They truly do care. Lovely people. My previous experience of care for my wife was not very impressive so I wasn't expecting this level of care for myself a really pleasant surprise
