Care has always been at the heart of my life. I entered the sector straight from school and have never looked back. With years of hands-on experience and a deep-rooted understanding of what quality care truly means, I founded Connect Care Services to offer something personal, compassionate, and dependable.

Coming from a family that ran homecare agencies, I’ve grown up surrounded by the values and dedication it takes to deliver outstanding care. I hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Health and Social Care, which I achieved with distinction — a reflection of the commitment I bring to every part of my work.

My vision for Connect Care Services is simple: to provide care that is safe, well-led, and above all, trustworthy. Our clients deserve to feel valued, respected, and supported, and that’s the standard we strive for every single day.

Carrie brings a wealth of experience to her role as Registered Manager for our Sussex branch. With a career in care spanning many years, she has been instrumental in the successful setup and ongoing growth of our Sussex services. Her leadership, insight, and deep understanding of the sector ensure we continue to deliver the highest standards of care across the region.

Carrie holds a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Health and Social Care and is passionate about building strong, supportive teams who share her dedication to safe, person-centred care.

As Jade’s auntie, Carrie has worked closely with her for many years in previous care companies. Their shared values and strong working relationship are part of what makes Connect Care Services a truly family-driven and united team.
