My father goes to my sisters house every couple of months the admin staff try their best to accommodate the rota around him.

All in all a wonderful provider I would recommend to anyone.

After a subarachnoid Haemorrhage I had personal care which gave me confidence . I found the carers very reliable and pleasant. The company were able to arrange my first visit quickly and it is helpful to receive a weekly agenda. I would recommend Connect Care for their professional and caring services.

As a local care company its been ideal for helping external people drop into my dad (who suffers from depression) 4 days a week at lunchtime , for a chinwag and cook him a basic meal. He's got used to carers coming in and conversing with him for half an hour and has accepted the help i never thought he'd initially accept. It gives me peace of mind to carry my weekend work knowing he's got someone dropping in that day.

They are generally very punctual with the odd exception and always write a daily report for me to read which gives me peace of mind.

I changed care provider to Connect Care about a year ago, wish I'd done it sooner. All the carers are brilliant and obviously take pride in the work that they do.Im kept well informed with regard to my Aunties health and needs,this has reduced our worries and stress levels as a family. I would highly recommend them,they work well as a team and do a brilliant job.

I haven't enough words to express the absolute joy of having this care company and their amazing staff who have gone above and beyond whilst caring for my mum with very complex needs, they have treated mum with kindness and respect throughout the care they gave given, they make life in a very difficult situation that much easier, it's the little things for us they take time to sing with mum in the morning cheering her up instantly. Taking the time to pamper mum washing her hair whilst talking through every step with her and reassuring her, making mum feel respected and heard which is so important, they are punctual and great with communication, i genuinely couldn't have asked for better carers to look after my mum , you'll go along way to find a care company with such great care/ standards, well done to all involved.

Connect Care continue to look after my mum who has dementia. We are very pleased with the quality of service. I'm kept up to date with visits, my mum's progress and any issues that may arise. Any requests for changes to the care package are dealt with efficiently. I would definitely recommend Connect Care to others.

Our mother's care needs were not extensive but just having someone come in twice a day to administer her meds with a smile and make her laugh was invaluable to her. It was with much regret and sadness that that we had to change care providers which was due entirely to funding arrangements outside of our control. We would have no hesitation in recommending Connect Care Services to anyone in need of care services.

Always friendly

As a family we are delighted with the care that my 95 year old mother is receiving. The manager is calm, knowledgeable and reassuring. She is an answer to prayer. The staff are delightful and reliable, even phoning for paramedics when my mother had fallen between visits. I would highly recommend this company.

Mum used Connect Care Services Ltd for 2 1/2 years and we were all really happy with the service and care they showed towards her. They took time to listen to her needs, were kind and helpful and some of the carers became friends. If we needed extra help at different times they always obliged if they could. Their help enabled mum to stay in her own home for that additional 2 1/2 years for which we will always be grateful.

I have found all the carers pleasant, capable and very good at their job.

It's the little things that often get overlooked when caring for people and often it's the little things that enable people to feel valued and that they have worth as individuals. We will always be grateful to the manager and her team. I highly recommend them.

Connect Care are very special nothing is too much trouble. They truly do care. Lovely people. My previous experience of care for my wife was not very impressive so I wasn't expecting this level of care for myself a really pleasant surprise

From the moment we met - for my mothers first observation both parties felt at ease. The communication & care is absolutely fantastic. We feel my mother is receiving the best care & is forming good relationships with the team. I honestly feel we are lucky to have this agency, we cannot thank you enough.
