I changed care provider to Connect Care about a year ago, wish I'd done it sooner. All the carers are brilliant and obviously take pride in the work that they do.Im kept well informed with regard to my Aunties health and needs,this has reduced our worries and stress levels as a family. I would highly recommend them,they work well as a team and do a brilliant job.

I haven't enough words to express the absolute joy of having this care company and their amazing staff who have gone above and beyond whilst caring for my mum with very complex needs, they have treated mum with kindness and respect throughout the care they gave given, they make life in a very difficult situation that much easier, it's the little things for us they take time to sing with mum in the morning cheering her up instantly. Taking the time to pamper mum washing her hair whilst talking through every step with her and reassuring her, making mum feel respected and heard which is so important, they are punctual and great with communication, i genuinely couldn't have asked for better carers to look after my mum , you'll go along way to find a care company with such great care/ standards, well done to all involved.

Connect Care continue to look after my mum who has dementia. We are very pleased with the quality of service. I'm kept up to date with visits, my mum's progress and any issues that may arise. Any requests for changes to the care package are dealt with efficiently. I would definitely recommend Connect Care to others.

Our mother's care needs were not extensive but just having someone come in twice a day to administer her meds with a smile and make her laugh was invaluable to her. It was with much regret and sadness that that we had to change care providers which was due entirely to funding arrangements outside of our control. We would have no hesitation in recommending Connect Care Services to anyone in need of care services.

Mum used Connect Care Services Ltd for 2 1/2 years and we were all really happy with the service and care they showed towards her. They took time to listen to her needs, were kind and helpful and some of the carers became friends. If we needed extra help at different times they always obliged if they could. Their help enabled mum to stay in her own home for that additional 2 1/2 years for which we will always be grateful.

The whole service provided from start to finish was excellent. The staff could not have been more kind, helpful and efficient. The phone is always answered which is so rare these days. The staff helped every step of the way and provided knowledge and their experience of dealing with my elderly mother who has dementia. Thank you.

Few of us can expect to need carers as we approach our twilight years, but if we do, then we will want to have the best. Connect Care Service staff are just that, the best. The connection between carer and client is crucial for a successful, happy, working relationship. We could not be happier with our personal carers from Connect Care who are efficient friendly and unintrusive. No task too small or large. The standard of help from Connect Carers is very high. General housework, dusting, cleaning, laundry work, they enjoy! All the Connect Care staff are great.

Mum has now moved into a care home for 24 hour care but we would both have no hesitation in recommending Connect Care to anybody who requires professional help within their own home.

Connect Care lives up to its name and promises. We moved to Connect Care Service after meeting the manager, who runs the company. Previous experiences with other care companies have been really negative in every aspect. The manager met with us and reviewed our needs, my mother is 95 years old and disabled, and provided us with a care plan after assessing our particular situation. It was obvious that the manager actually listened to what our needs were for mom's well being, in terms of the physical and emotional, and put in place a care schedule that has worked for us. The carers arrive on time and are a lovely team that obviously view their duties as more than just a job. This is a firm that really does care in every sense, from their office staff to the carers, and we are so happy to have their support, it has really taken a lot of pressure off us. These are the professionals.

In short, in an extremely difficult time, Connect Care has made a massive difference for both my wife and myself. Carry on the excellent work!

They made a very difficult time so much easier. The support we both got was beyond my expectations. We both had a special bond with them, they were with us until my husband passed. They went the extra mile with their care and they never let us down. They are now my friends for life, I know I can always pop into the office for a tea and a chat if passing.

It helped me greatly knowing I had people with Mum who cared and were always on the end of the phone when I needed them.

Excellent service. Great to get an email report, so glad I contacted Connect Care Service.

The carers have all been kind and understanding of my needs and I look forward to their visits.

The staff at Connect Care Service, Bramhall, helped me care for my father during the last two months of his life. Three of their staff, at all times, treated Dad with respect, assisting him with toileting, personal care and medication. He and I were both supported with dignity and kindness. We have a lot to thank them for and I would recommend the agency to anyone.

Excellent communication, flexible and happy to help out when we required additional support. Our carer is polite and friendly.
