My son has been going out with bloom Lily since August 2025, he has autism adhd and intellectual disability diagnosis and he has 2-1 care needs, obviously I was very nervous trusting new people with my child knowing he can be a flight risk etc and scared they wouldn't understand his needs as he is not
fully verbal but I'm so glad I decided to try short breaks he absolutely loves his time with the staff members is always happy when he knows he is going out with them and comes home happy too and I believe he benefits from having this time too aswell as me as a parent needing time to do simple jobs that you can't do when your a full time mum/carer, I would definitely recommend bloom lily

Amazing company my daughter loved going out with her worker if I needed to have a company again would try to go back to this one absolutely amazing only reason we left because we decided has a family we no longer need and can do it as a family x

My son has always enjoyed going out with the carers from Bloom Lilly as he loves to walk as this helps with his sensory processing disorder, they have also tried playing ball with him, which once he understands exactly what he needs to do to take part in the game.
He also loves to dance to music and
also loves trampling.
We will miss Bloom Lilly as they have provided valuable support, so we as parents can have a small amount of respite.

The manger contacted me to say she has been allocated my son. She then came out to see my son with the worker and from the beginning my son got on with the worker. He then went out with the manger and the worker whilst they did a risk assessment. Now my son goes out with the worker now..the communication
is good. He suggest activities. My son is now joining in with a sport club.hes keen to know when hes next going out . The worker is up for any activities that we suggest.
Im happy with this company and so is my son

A very good service and a good understanding of what children with learning disabilities are all about. I am happy with their services and my boys are happy with their services. Using good communication skills and empathy in their job role is what I love so much. They will recommend some certain activities
that will also help to improve your kid's skills. Gives you good feedback at the end of each service.

Very good service always on time, very friendly, caters for all my daughter's needs and my daughter loves going out with her carer. My daughter has separation anxiety when not with me and this service has been brilliant for us.

My father has been diagnosed with prostate cancer for over 3 years. He has been supported in a residential home then decided to take him home for home care. We contacted Bloom Lilly Healthcare for regular visits to support my father with breakfast, lunch and bedtime. We used to receive different carers
but my father get along well with one of the carers. She visited in time and was so happy to support my father. She was well-trained and never had any problems. My father's condition didn't get any better though but he was receiving a good service from Bloom Lilly up to the time he passed away. I would like to thank Bloom Lilly for the good support and care of my father. I wish all the care companies would do what Bloom Lilly does. I would recommend every one of my family to get support from Bloom Lilly in times of need. Thank you.
