Bloom Lilly Healthcare believes in understanding your personalised needs. That's why they offer a free 'in-home' initial assessment. This allows the team to better understand your preferences and choices, which are then recorded in your care plan. This unique care plan is tailored to ensure you receive the ideal assistance for your needs, wishes, and preferences, making you feel truly valued and understood.

A personalised homecare plan means the service user spends more time with family and friends as they wish.

A holistic approach to service user care needs means that every service user's aspect and their family's support needs will be catered for by a diverse, competent team of staff who share a passion for making a difference in people's lives. The team promotes independence, dignity, and privacy to support clients with the best, safest, quality home care.

Highly qualified staff undergo a rigorous vetting process, including enhanced DBS checks and at least two references.

Depending on their needs and wishes, services can be provided from as little as 1 hour to 24-hour live-in care, ensuring that every client's unique needs and preferences are accommodated and considered.

The manger contacted me to say she has been allocated my son. She then came out to see my son with the worker and from the beginning my son got on with the worker. He then went out with the manger and the worker whilst they did a risk assessment. Now my son goes out with the worker now..the communication
is good. He suggest activities. My son is now joining in with a sport club.hes keen to know when hes next going out . The worker is up for any activities that we suggest.
Im happy with this company and so is my son

A very good service and a good understanding of what children with learning disabilities are all about. I am happy with their services and my boys are happy with their services. Using good communication skills and empathy in their job role is what I love so much. They will recommend some certain activities
that will also help to improve your kid's skills. Gives you good feedback at the end of each service.

Very good service always on time, very friendly, caters for all my daughter's needs and my daughter loves going out with her carer. My daughter has separation anxiety when not with me and this service has been brilliant for us.

My father has been diagnosed with prostate cancer for over 3 years. He has been supported in a residential home then decided to take him home for home care. We contacted Bloom Lilly Healthcare for regular visits to support my father with breakfast, lunch and bedtime. We used to receive different carers
but my father get along well with one of the carers. She visited in time and was so happy to support my father. She was well-trained and never had any problems. My father's condition didn't get any better though but he was receiving a good service from Bloom Lilly up to the time he passed away. I would like to thank Bloom Lilly for the good support and care of my father. I wish all the care companies would do what Bloom Lilly does. I would recommend every one of my family to get support from Bloom Lilly in times of need. Thank you.
