We had an excellent experience with Hadi care services..
The care company came out to meet the family to carry out an assessment to understand the family needs as well as my fathers needs..
The care givers respected my father privacy.
The carers showed empathy towards my father.
Each and every
one of the carers were very professional and sensitive to Dad's needs.
As daughter it gave me great peace of mind especially when the manager was so supportive to me and was continually adaptive and responsive to my requests,

As a family we cannot recommend Hadi Carr enough. From the very first contact, their professionalism, compassion, and attention to detail was exceptional. The carers are not only highly skilled, but they genuinely care about the wellbeing and dignity of those they look after.
They consistently went
above and beyond-for my father and my family. With offering emotional support, ensuring comfort with day-to-day needs in a respectful and friendly manner. Communication with the management team was also excellent. They were responsive, approachable, and clearly committed to providing the best possible care.
Be rest assured if you ever use Hadi Care you can have complete peace of mind knowing your loved one are in safe, caring hands. A truly outstanding care team.

Our experience with Hadicare has been phenomenal. The staff were so accommodating and empathetic. Hadicare provided palliative care for my father in law. The carers were always gentle with my father in law and would manage to get lots of smiles from him. The carers were highly professional and trustworthy.
They provided a brilliant service. The care package was personalised to my father in laws needs and constantly amended to cater for his rapidly changing needs. The carers helped us create beautiful memories with my father in law and I don't think we could ever thank Hadicare enough for their expertise, professionalism and empathy during a very difficult time. Nothing was too much for the care team and if they ever arrived when my father in law was asleep they would be proactive and start preparing his food, meds or even start cleaning his bedroom, they would never just wait around.

We have been using Hadi Care Services for Mum since the end of November 2023 and it has been such a weight off my mind having found a company, that has taken the time to understand Mum's needs and match a carer who has perfectly gelled with Mum. She feels like a part of the family and has adjusted to
mum's ways and is very flexible. The latter has certainly given me and my family peace of mind knowing that when we are not there, Mum is safe, happy and cared for. Mum has late-stage Parkinsons and also gets confused too, the carer takes it all in her stride treating Mum with dignity and respect as well as gentleness and care.
The company are professional and transparent and I know I can contact them if we need to change or swap shifts and I will get a quick response. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Just don't know where to start from day 1 of my mum's care has gone above and beyond. From the management to delivering care, everything has been on point. They deliver inclusive and person-centred care, and any changes they let me know. Office staff are extremely friendly and kind. I live in Lancashire,
so I'm quite far from my mum, but having HadiCare keeps my mind at peace as I know my mum is in safe hands. Absolutely recommend HadiCare.

My mum has been with HadiCare for around 3 years, the care that she has received from the staff is outstanding and amazing, the staff are very attentive to my mum and very compassionate. The staff that work with Mum are very understanding of her health conditions. The office staff are always available
when I have called with any questions and concerns and they have always solved the issues effectively. I would recommend HadiCare to anyone requiring care

The service given by HadiCare to my 71-year-old brother, who has learning difficulties, is way beyond what I could have hoped for.
They treat him with dignity and sensitivity as if he is a relative and part of their family.
I trust them completely with his welfare and judgment of his day-to-day life.
They always go the extra mile to see that he is happy.

Hadi care only care for money. They don't bother about clients' emotional support. They only get in touch with me when they don't receive money. When I try to ring them they never answer the phone. They never have the right support for my son. After a very long time, we found only one person was able
to handle my son. Hadi Care got rid of him without discussing with me or informing me. Please please never choose Hadi care. They don't care. They are rubbish. They are so useless. I am so sick of them.

I am really sorry that you were not informed as you were away on a family holiday. Hadi Care did not get rid of the particular staff that you are referring to as they had handed in their resignation and unfortunately we cannot both control or dictate this as everyone has the right to make this decision according to their own personal circumstances. We were not given any indication or had any prior information that this would happen. In regards to only getting in touch with money, the invoicing software that we use sends out automatic reminders to unpaid invoices after a certain period has lapsed. Hadi Care has never been about the money as you witnessed yourself when we out of our choice took your son to his favourite football stadium all expenses paid on his birthday as a surprise. Once again, we are very sorry that you feel the experience did not meet your expectations.

In general, my mother has high standards. She is genuinely surprised by the quality of care provided by HadiCare. As her son, I can confirm HadiCare will go the extra mile to assist and try to accommodate my mother's needs.
The ethos at HadiCare is set by the director and manager, however, all of
the staff, the carers and office staff have their own expertise that makes HadiCare processes run smoothly and efficiently. Highly recommended.

I'm extremely happy with the service from HadiCare. Carers and office staff are kind, understanding and caring. We recently had a situation where my family member was unwell and the carer called an ambulance, packed her a bag, and locked up the house when she was taken to hospital. The managers contacted
me with great sensitivity and remained in contact with me throughout the day. Happily, my relative was discharged the same day and HadiCare made sure she got a visit that evening. All staff consistently show great care, concern and support. Hadi Care offers an excellent, flexible and reliable service and are kind and friendly. I live away and it is so reassuring to know that my relative receives such good care.

All staff were attentive and caring. My parents enjoyed their visits. I'm very grateful for their time. I felt a lot more relaxed knowing that my parents were being helped with respect and dignity. Thank you to all that attended and all back at the office.

Hadi Care provided care during the days and nights for my dad. We had several carers going in and they were all excellent. They were friendly, very experienced, calming, reassuring and treated Dad like their own family would like to be treated. They were als supportive to us as a family, including the
management team. They were available at short notice and always stepped in when we needed their help. We couldn't have asked for more the whole team are like family members to us.
Unfortunately Dad passed away recently and since that, Hadi Care, all staff and management have continued to support the family offering bereavement support, which has been a big help, support and comfort to us.

We have used Hadi Care several times in the past to provide night sitters for my father-in-law who has dementia plus several physical issues and they have all been absolutely lovely and have become firm friends with him. Over the last month, due to being left without a carer by the 24 hour care provider,
Hadi Care have immediately responded and provided 24 hour care with only a few hours notice and also provided carers over Christmas to help us out after again being left without care by the 24 hour care provider with only 2 hours notice. Hadi Care have been life savers for our family, all their carers have been patient, empathetic, friendly and calming. The manager at Hadi Care has really performed miracles to provide such a service at such short notice and at such a difficult time. I would highly recommend anybody looking for carers to contact Hadi Care as their first choice and if they provided 24 hour carers we would change providers to Hadi immediately.

One particular carer is one of the most experienced that looks after my brother. He is extremely reliable, always on time, and is prepared to extend his visit to ensure all necessary care has been completed. After looking after my father who was bed bound we as a family decided to get help as his needs were more complicated. Hadi Care came round and put myself and the rest of the family at ease with their professionalism, experience and advise. They were culturally and sensitivity aware of our needs and
this showed in every aspect of how they cared for my father and treated him with respect and love.
I can honestly say the staff treated my father as though they were caring for their own parents. Even towards the end of life for my father, the care was done with so much thought for my fathers wellbeing.

Changed to Hadi Care in October 2021. I have been extremely impressed by the care I have received. My Carers are lovely, regularly going over and above my Care Plan. The Management have been very responsive to my requests, dealing with them promptly and professionally. The most important thing to me
is continuity of care and I now have this with a regular Carer for my home care visits and another for my Social Time and Hospital appointments.
