Overall Experience

Maplewood looked after my late father. They were way to contact and quickly responded to our request for support for dad. Dad looked forward to his regular carers visiting. They offered fabulous practical. support and just as importantly for dad he valued their companionship and chats. Thank you to the whole team.

We met Alice when she was looking after our neighbour - she was a great help at a time when he needed it and was kind, respectful and knowledgeable. We would recommend her to anyone who needs an understanding carer.

Overall Experience

When my father had a fall and was admitted into hospital, he was discharged with a care package. Whilst his neighbour's were temporarily able to help, I found that at short notice, I needed someone to look after my Dad and Alice, and her team stepped up and really helped when we needed someone. I would definitely recommend

Overall Experience
We are very happy that our relative is in the kind and caring hands of Maplewood.

Their reception staff are always available and very helpful. The visiting carers are wonderful, reliable, and so encouraging.
