When my father had a fall and was admitted into hospital, he was discharged with a care package. Whilst his neighbour's were temporarily able to help, I found that at short notice, I needed someone to look after my Dad and Alice, and her team stepped up and really helped when we needed someone. I would definitely recommend

Alice is a Level 5 qualified and CQC Registered Manager with a background in Nursing/End of Life Care, Intermediate and Reablement Care, Extra Care and Visiting Care. Alice says:
"Community has to be at the very heart of what we do as an organisation. I'm not talking about a tick-box exercise to meet social responsibility targets, but rather actively seeking out community services, then building strong, working relationships with the people who run them, so that we can create opportunities for our clients to lead active and fulfilling lives, whatever that may look like for them".
"Reducing social isolation and seeing clients' faces light up every day is the best feeling in the world, and it's why I got into care in the first place".
Louisa is an experienced and conscientious carer who joined our Suffolk team in March 2026. Her attention to detail is second-to-none. This, along with her kind and fun-loving demeanour, means she is extremely popular with our clients.
Robin joined us in April 2026 and has quickly become a very welcome addition to our Suffolk care team. Collectively, his outgoing and sensitive nature, sense of humour and friendly, warm demeanour are the icing on the cake to the level of experience and competence that he also brings to the role.
Amanda is our newest member of staff and has already immersed herself in the role of Care Support Worker. Her enthusiasm and passion for providing top-tier care are evident in her approach to working in the field, and she is sure to become a firm favourite with clients and staff.
