We met Alice when she was looking after our neighbour - she was a great help at a time when he needed it and was kind, respectful and knowledgeable. We would recommend her to anyone who needs an understanding carer.

When my father had a fall and was admitted into hospital, he was discharged with a care package. Whilst his neighbour's were temporarily able to help, I found that at short notice, I needed someone to look after my Dad and Alice, and her team stepped up and really helped when we needed someone. I
would definitely recommend
