Overall Experience

Overall care and support was good. Only thing the time period was short which was not their fault. The carers were friendly, and interaction was good. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this healthcare service to my friends and family.

My experince has all been positive. All the carers have been very friendly and efficient. There is no doubt that the help I have received has helped in my speedy recovery. I will always be grateful.

Loddon Healthcare was proactive and contacted me when they saw I was looking for some extra care support. Responsiveness to my needs was good, training went smoothly and quickly, and I was receiving good quality care within days of first contact. Considerable flexibility and support were provided particularly during the holiday period. Highly recommended.
