I would like to say a big thank you to Kelsey and the team at Heywood for looking after our mum. Mum had several different carers visit her In the last 6 months but one lady was the Carer she saw most and looked forward to seeing as she saw her as a friend, just that bit of company and daily chat made a big difference to mums well being. Every carer and member of staff that our family met were, kind, caring, friendly and professional. We really appreciate all your hard work and effort and I would recommend any body looking for care for a family member to give Care 4 U at Heywood a ring. Overall my father and I are very happy with the quality of service, care and compassion he receives from all the staff. The continuity of care has given my father the level of care and observation he has needed to stay and be healthy. It has also given me great comfort and reassurance he is looked after and given me the respite as his main carer.

Overall communication from staff in the office is excellent. They go above and beyond with any little worries we may have and deal with them promptly.

Reliable and efficient service experienced to date. Caring, friendly staff and well presented. Those I have caring for me have been well trained and after some experience, have been very self assured. More car owners might relieve the late evening carers of walking in inclement and dangerous places on their own. Some clients regret a lack of night carers.
