I would like to say a big thank you to Kelsey and the team at Heywood for looking after our mum. Mum had several different carers visit her In the last 6 months but one lady was the Carer she saw most and looked forward to seeing as she saw her as a friend, just that bit of company and daily chat...
I would like to say a big thank you to Kelsey and the team at Heywood for looking after our mum. Mum had several different carers visit her In the last 6 months but one lady was the Carer she saw most and looked forward to seeing as she saw her as a friend, just that bit of company and daily chat made a big difference to mums well being. Every carer and member of staff that our family met were, kind, caring, friendly and professional. We really appreciate all your hard work and effort and I would recommend any body looking for care for a family member to give Care 4 U at Heywood a ring. Thank you once again and keep up the good work

We, as a family, are happy with the service from Care 4 U Home Care Agency.
My elderly mum has been happy with the carers she has had over the last several months.

We, as a family, are happy with the service from Care 4 U Home Care Agency.
My elderly mum has been happy with the carers she has had over the last several months.
I must point out though, at first mum was having too many inexperienced and lazy carers, in whom weren't able to communicate to mum in a native tongue. This was due to the government handing pots of money and promised prospects to carers that they'll have a job for five years at the end of their training. I think this just brought on too much stress and chaos to office and clients. Hoping that's been scrapped now!
I hope the money is being used to keep our carers in up-to date, ongoing training

Overall communication from staff in the office is excellent. They go above and beyond with any little worries we may have and deal with them promptly.

Reliable and efficient service experienced to date. Caring, friendly staff and well presented.
