Mum receiving care for the first time and I was concerned as she had moved from short-term care to long-term.
Made concerns known to the team and, working along with the whole team, would like to applaud the care, compassion and understanding they have provided. They ring each time there is a morning,

afternoon or evening call and mum is not available to open the door for even 5 minutes. The coordinators will call if there is a change in staff due to days off or holidays of carers.
I have met with a few of the carers and observed and would like to recommend and commend all the staff for the great work that they do.
The respect is 2 way and appreciate all they do. Thank you, team, keep on doing what you do best. Caring is a difficult task/role and my heart's out to you, please continue to go above and beyond.

Had two visits from one particular carer from Unique Care as my mother had to return to hospital. She is outstanding! Very caring, full of concern for my mothers well being and knows exactly how to handle all situations. Thank you to her.
