Very personable treat mum with respect and dignity and take the time to speak to mum about day to day things.
She likes having the same carers on a day to day basis and loves seeing them.
They also call at the same time every day which helps mum with her anxiety over time schedules with being sight
impaired.

Diamond provide my parents with support for personal care, cooking and washing. Nothing is too much trouble for the carers and they go above and beyond. Mum and dad were reluctant at first but look forward to the carers coming.

We have been using Diamond Care for 8 months and they are excellent. Caring, reliable, friendly and professional staff. They have provided amazing care and are willing to help in any way they can. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone needing care.

This is my second review of Diamond social care, my previous review was 6th August 24. Since then my views haven't changed about the company if anything it's only got better. Both my parents have deteriorated in this time mentally and physically and their needs have changed but yet again they step up
and beyond.
Their knowledge and their dedication is commendable, their duty of care with the changing and challenging day to day care needs of my parents is outstanding.
Management are 100% approachable, nothing is too much trouble and always come up with a solution to what I think is a big problem and put my mind at ease , this shows true professionalism.

We where recommended to contact Diamond Care after our care provider at the time was letting us down. From the initial contact they where great. They gave us hope and reassurance for my mother in law who suffers with Alzheimer's disease. The relationship they have with the family is perfect and we all
work so collaboratively. All the carers treat my mother in law like human being. They are an amazing support for both my in laws. The also provide a sitting service which enables my father in law to go out a couple of hours a week. We are all so glad we are part of there family now and we would like to thank them all for everything they do. You are truly special people!

All going well, and happy with the service. Currently, my dad is in hospital, but looking forward to getting home and seeing the staff again. Great help for us. 100% care, and noticed when something wasn't right, and needed medical help

My 88-year-old mum has Alzheimer's, she can present as not having it and this was a big problem. I had tried two other companies before being recommended by Diamond Social Care. I could tell from the first phone call to the manager that they were providing a completely different care package. The small
group of carers that support my mum are well-trained, friendly, empathetic, good communicators and person-centred to my mum's choices and needs. I feel above all they are not in a rush, the carers cook my mum lovely homemade food, they keep my mum's clothes clean and ironed and always ask mum through every choice making her feel empowered and safe in her home. Mum would love to stay in her own home and with collaboration with myself and Diamond Care I feel confident we can give mum her wish. I would not hesitate to recommend Diamond Care to anyone, they provide care in the community that everyone deserves.

This home care company have been amazing. The professional care and attention provided to ensure the care needs of both my parents are met have been outstanding. They have helped us ensure we have the right care package in place liaising with the Local Authority, we have had no hesitation in asking
them to provide additional private care on a taylor-made basis. All the staff are competent professional, caring individuals. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.
