All very good. Thought I was keeping myself clean, but now feel much better for the care I am receiving. Thank you all, for you care and help.

We have found the service to be good through the month. There was only one issue to mention, my mam was not well one night and the carers were trying to organise an ambulance to take her to hospital. They tried to do this without consulting the family. Please can you ensure in the future that the family are involved in this decision.

Carers are very kind and caring individuals. Always reassuring mum and having a joke and laugh with her. My mum really likes the carers that attend. Very friendly individuals and attentive! Amazing women and would highly recommend to everyone! May god bless them all. They've made this so much easier for us, we have no worry or concern when they are around!

In this upsetting and stressful time, the Nightingales ladies have not only cared for my mother's personal needs, but they provide fun and laughter with her and the whole family. They remember all our names. Each member is respectful and appropriately careful and consistent when dealing with mums needs. Mornings are quiet and responsive to mums needs, she is very confused and delicate. Using warm soapy water and ensuring she is comfortable for the rest of the day. These ladies are a credit to their profession.

Staff have provided excellent care to my dad during his end of life care. They are very professional, caring, friendly and understanding and trustworthy. They have made a real difference in supporting my dad and our family during his care. We would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs help caring for a loved one. My dad said he feels very grateful for all the care and support. A team of angels.

The team who take care of my grandad are amazing to say the least. They go above and beyond and nothing is too much to ask. They genuinely care and want the best for him. Their communication is outstanding. As a family since they have started caring for him it has allowed us to ensure that the time we spend with him is for memories and quality of life as they take care of the rest. They are an absolute credit to Nightingales and I would not want anyone else caring for my grandad. Thank you.

The staff at Nightingales that came to support his palliative care needs were excellent. All were caring, nurturing, and supportive to his needs. They helped maintain his dignity through a tough time supporting him and his wider family. They gave him much needed energy in his bad days and we as a family we are so thankful to the whole team as they were professional and consistently supportive throughout that time.

We are extremely grateful for the wonderful care provided to mum, everyone consistently shows kindness, professionalism and genuine compassion in all they do. They always treat mum with dignity and respect, which means a great deal to us. everyone is friendly, approachable and willing to help us with anything needed. Their patience and understanding when mum needs reassurance is excellent. They listen, support and make sure she feel comfortable and cared for. The level of care provided is excellent. It gives us real peace of mind to know mum is in such capable and caring hands. We truly appreciate the hard work they do and would highly recommend Nightingales to anyone looking for comp assistance care.

I cannot praise the girls high enough, not only do they perform all the functional duties to a very high degree, but they also manage to bring a smile to my mam and now my dad at the worst time of our lives.

Having initially had reservations about accepting help, but being totally overwhelmed with our father deteriorating, we will be forever grateful for the carers coming in. First impressions were really positive. They introduced themselves, put us at ease straight away, and quickly built rapport with our father with friendly chat and singing! They are punctual, genuinely compassionate and attentive. Always ask about other family members and tailor daily tasks to our fathers needs rather than just following a routine. We would absolutely recommend the Nightingale staff to anyone needing support and care needs.

My dad is receiving end of life care. He is 94 and has dementia. The care he received form Nightingales is careful, respectful, efficient and feels very person-centred. I also appreciate the way they interact with not only dad, but also my mum who is recovering from a broken hip. Mum and the immediate family feel very well supported by an excellent team from Nightingales.

The carers have been invaluable. They have done everything for my mother I could not do myself. They have been prompt, professional, friendly and helpful. I do not think I would be able to cope without their help.

Excellent care provided for my dad. He was treated with dignity and care. Each and every carer was friendly and approachable and I couldn't have asked for a better team to look after him. Angels in disguise, felt more like family than outsiders. Special mention to Chloma, Joy and Queen for their love and happiness. They really made a difference in such a hard time. Thank you all.

Wonderful and caring. Friendly and polite. Work is excellent. They get on with there work straight away, always taking care of my step dad. Always on time, never late always taking time for everyones need.

Nightingales have provided excellent care for my mam during this difficult time. They have treated her with dignity and a few laughs along the way. The carers have also been great with my younger sister making her feel comfortable and having jokes/laughs. This has helped her deal with the situation massively.

All the girl are lovely with mum often making her laugh. She is kept clean and comfortable. They are amazing and I don't know what I would do without them.
