Having initially had reservations about accepting help, but being totally overwhelmed with our father deteriorating, we will be forever grateful for the carers coming in. First impressions were really positive. They introduced themselves, put us at ease straight away, and quickly built rapport with
our father with friendly chat and singing! They are punctual, genuinely compassionate and attentive. Always ask about other family members and tailor daily tasks to our fathers needs rather than just following a routine. We would absolutely recommend the Nightingale staff to anyone needing support and care needs.
Reply from Enoch Jones, admin at Nightingales Community Care LtdMany thanks for your kind words. We're pleased our carers put you at ease, built a warm rapport with your father (singing included) and provided punctual, compassionate, tailored care. I'll pass this on to the team.

My dad is receiving end of life care. He is 94 and has dementia. The care he received form Nightingales is careful, respectful, efficient and feels very person-centred. I also appreciate the way they interact with not only dad, but also my mum who is recovering from a broken hip. Mum and the immediate
family feel very well supported by an excellent team from Nightingales.
Reply from Enoch Jones, admin at Nightingales Community Care LtdThank you for your kind words. We're glad to hear our team is providing the support and care your family needs at this time.

Excellent care provided for my dad. He was treated with dignity and care. Each and every carer was friendly and approachable and I couldn't have asked for a better team to look after him. Angels in disguise, felt more like family than outsiders. Special mention to Chloma, Joy and Queen for their love
and happiness. They really made a difference in such a hard time. Thank you all.

Nightingale carers have being assisting mum with her personal care twice daily since July 2024. During this time I have found they are very compassionate about their job. Mum is treat with empathy dignity and respect at all times any concerns I have may of had have being rectified quickly. You can
hear the laughter coming from her room on each visit. Mum has her own versions of their names and they. just go with the flow. Mum has a passion of reading her books when she had a spell of being more poorly they read to her and sang with the most angelic voices. Knightingales carers have been a great support to me also when I had knee surgery They are not just their to support the client but also the family when needed. I have no hesitation in recommending Knightingales care as you get a 5 star service from Management and care team. Thank you so much for all your dedication and compassion it means the world to us.
Thank you

Nightingales have provided excellent care for my mam during this difficult time. They have treated her with dignity and a few laughs along the way. The carers have also been great with my younger sister making her feel comfortable and having jokes/laughs. This has helped her deal with the situation
massively.

Nightingale Staff looked after my 33 year old daughter during the final stages of her life due to a brain tumour.
I have nothing but praise for all the staff at Nightingales. The Manager, the Care Coordinator, the Team Leader and all the Carers were beyond exceptional.
Having Carers when you are
only 33 is scary - for clients and their family. We need not have worried. The Carers were all very professional, maintained their Client's dignity, were highly skilled and responded positively to our every need. They were on time and communication was excellent. They were warm and friendly and really made huge efforts to get to know their Client.
We looked forward to their visits!
We loved the App. We could see the records and which Carers were timetabled to visit. Having the same Carer for a whole day was brilliant.
We cannot thank them enough for the first class service they provided.
Reply from Enoch Jones, admin at Nightingales Community Care LtdThank you for your kind and heartfelt words. It was truly an honour to care for your daughter during such a difficult time. We're grateful that our team could bring comfort, dignity, and support to your family. Your feedback means a great deal to us all. With sincere appreciation,The Nightingales Community Care Team
