Nightingale Staff looked after my 33 year old daughter during the final stages of her life due to a brain tumour.
I have nothing but praise for all the staff at Nightingales. The Manager, the Care Coordinator, the Team Leader and all the Carers were beyond exceptional.
Having Carers when you are
only 33 is scary - for clients and their family. We need not have worried. The Carers were all very professional, maintained their Client's dignity, were highly skilled and responded positively to our every need. They were on time and communication was excellent. They were warm and friendly and really made huge efforts to get to know their Client.
We looked forward to their visits!
We loved the App. We could see the records and which Carers were timetabled to visit. Having the same Carer for a whole day was brilliant.
We cannot thank them enough for the first class service they provided.
