We have been using MNS Consul Home Care service for approximately 8 months. The key requirements are to help with medications, breakfast and a hot evening meal plus conversation. With some occasional light house keeping tasks. We have had a positive experience. Scheduling of the care visits have been
worked to, wherever possible, fit in with the hours preferred by my mother. The office staff communicate well re issues that arise or highlight potential issues. Eg. Medication running low. They were quick to notify me of a recent bout of illness that required medical attention. I have met some of the carers that look after my mother and they came across as friendly and able. My mother thinks they are a nice group of people. Overall the service provided has been to a high standard. Care costs aren't cheap and it is an adjustment getting used to paying them but it is a necessity and provides peace of mind knowing that your loved one is being looked after when you can't be there.

MNS Consul Home Care - what wonderful people, I cannot praise them enough! The carers and Manager have been caring for my friend/ NOK since October 2025 and recently raised their care from twice a day to 4 times a day. Throughout all this time their care is given with respect and compassion. All the
carers are kind and involve my friend with all the decisions. They bring a smile with them every time they visit, working with her to make her life easier, but maintaining her dignity and independence. They have also been there for me when I have any queries or help needed with changes to care. Nothing is ever too much. I live a long way away and they have given me peace of mind knowing my friend is receiving such wonderful care and that I can contact them at any time.

MNS Consul Home Care - The carers looked after my mum for several months right up until the day she passed away. They treated her with the utmost respect, care and compassion, supporting her through the toughest time of her life. The care team are a true asset to MNS - always putting the client first.
I
spoke to them daily and they were always patient and reassuring, never once making me feel like a burden. My mum adored the whole team and I cannot thank them enough for everything they did for her and for us as a family. Even after my mum passed, they reached out to make sure I was okay. What more could you ask for I would 100% recommend MNS to anyone looking for genuine, heartfelt care.

Mum has been using this care company for the last four months, the staff and carers are friendly and considerate to Mums needs. The carers have struck up a rapport with Mum which has put her at ease having them in her home.

I had the privilege of having the carers from MNS Consul Home Care. The young woman who attended my husband were wonderful. They became as members of my family. They attended him until his death in September this year. I couldn't have asked for more loving and caring young women. The office staff were

They knock on the door - come. Friendly, kind, considerate. Communicate with me. The carers are great support to me, and always ask if anything, other than my personal hygiene, if there is anything else required. They impress my well-being on each visit. It's lovely to have great carers.

We needed carers for my Mum, and having previous ones that weren't great, we were very nervous, but honestly we didn't need to worry, this is are the most amazing company. The communication with the staff is always well documented. The carers are brilliant with mum, they talk and laugh with her, nothing
is ever too much trouble. Mum had a fall, and the carer stayed with her, even once the family had arrived. I honestly highly recommend MNS

Carers were kind and responsive when looking after mum.
They were very flexible to accommodate changes that arose.
The carers came when expected and the feedback and contact with family was excellent - they always let us know if they had a question or feedback about her care.

We have used the care services of MNS for around a year now. Initially for one parent which was extended to both parents. The level of care, flexibility of times and the increase of care requirements has been fantastic. The care staff and support has really helped us as a family through some quite challenging

My mum is 95 and needs help to shower. She has had help now for a number of years and she couldn't be happier. The carers are all so kind and respectful. They put mum at her ease and she looks forward to their visits. They are so friendly, I can hear them chatting and laughing and it makes me feel good
to know she has someone else to confide in if necessary. I know it is hard to trust someone else with a loved ones care but I would always recommend MNS Consul Home Care 100pc.
