Advanced Care has looked after my dad since they opened in Derry back in 2020. The biggest difference with this service is the personalised approach. My dad has many challenges and particular needs, and the team has actively gone above and beyond again and again. A lot of the time they do this without making a fuss, only for us to find out retrospectively. The team cares about the service they provide, and that's rare in this type of work, which is often highly pressured, tiring, and difficult. Genuinely, I don't know what we'd do without them, so I'd highly recommend them to anyone. They have made our lives a lot easier during a stressful time.

Communication with the office team is excellent. They are always approachable, supportive, and quick to respond, which gives our family peace of mind knowing my mother is receiving the best possible care. We cannot speak highly enough of Advanced Care!

I have been using the services of Advanced Care for three years now to assist in the care of my wife who is in the latter stages of early on-set of dementia. The care provision is on a one to one basis for at least 40 hours per week and often this extends to maybe 50-60 hours per week. I have also had two periods of 24/7 care at home to enable me to have a short holiday. The care provided has been excellent and very client focused. On a one to one basis I had asked that we have consistency of provision rather than just ad hoc or random persons and after an initial period with different carers we were able to request specific ones to assist my wife - this allowed a routine to be established which is so important when caring for people with dementia. Communication and feed back with Advanced Care is again excellent and requests are dealt with promptly and usually most sympathetically - the only issue that I had was dealt with immediately without re-occurance. Highly recommended.
