It is 4years since Jean came into contact with Care Solutions. There fore I can provide this report with confidence in the knowledge that it is true and based on the Staff who provide the most excellent support, care and with a great deal of dignity. Nothing appears to phase them. Over the years Jean has been able to recognise the staff who support her,by name and how many children they have! When the staff leave she always remarks "she's nice that lady" If Jean is happy then everybody is happy and without your devoted, dedicated members of Staff. Hail, Rain, and Snow there's always a friendly smile and Hello waiting. I cannot fault your Organisation therefore you receive top marks in all categories.

I am very happy with the service I receive. My carers are excellent and provide me with everything I require. They are friendly, helpful and share my sense of humour which brightens my day. I am grateful for the continuity and hope that it continues in the future.

I have found my carers kind and helpful .They go above and beyond their duties when you need extra help..Always cheerful and willing to have a chat. Even my cat looks forward to their visits.I would recommend care solutions based on my own experience .

Care Solutions have quite literally been life savers for both my mum and myself!

I tried to manage my elderly mum's pills and meals remotely over the phone for 6 months (I am based 200 miles away) but it inevitably got harder and harder due to her dementia so when Care Solutions came back with a care package to help out, the relief to have additional eyes and hands on everything was indescribable.

Both girls that go in to help my mum are incredible! They keep me up-to-date with everything, are totally on the ball with the situation, couldn't be more friendly and super importantly, my mum absolutely loves them. They go absolutely above and beyond with the care provided.... could not have coped without them!!

Very happy with my elderly mum's care with Care Solutions, Stranraer. From the start mum has had lovely, friendly, reliable girls calling to assist her with her meds (level C), helping with meals and also to get changed for bed. Recently mum had the bathroom changed to a wet room and they've helped and reassured mum with having a shower in the new set-up. Nothing is ever a bother to them and their friendly visits help mum feel a bit more safe and reassured that there's help and friendly company at various times daily. It's a huge reassurance for our family knowing she's being checked on regularly considering her dementia and over 90years old. I stayed with mum twice in July while bathroom was refitted and saw a lot of the carers so can vouch first hand how valuable and helpful they really are and we are all very lucky to have them.

My mother looks forward to Care Solution staff coming to the house. They go over and above and look after all her needs. They have built a good relationship with her and made her feel comfortable when attending to her daily needs.

It's been a really positive experience setting up with Care Solutions - Dumfries branch. The managers were prompt and very helpful in responding to our enquiry about possible care packages, and have operated with care and thoughtfulness throughout. There's always been someone to answer the phone if we call with any queries or requests. The carers who are now attending every day are reliable, efficient, helpful, professional and friendly.

We have been using Care Solutions since December 2025 and have nothing but praise for the team. If we need to contact the office they are always very friendly understanding and ready to help. The girls who visit mum are lifesavers. Obviously they have a care plan to follow but their, help, company and humour have made a huge difference. Mum looks forward to their visits. We would be lost without them.

My father has had amazing support and care from all carers who have supported him. They are always respectful and treat him with dignity. They also take the time to speak to him, always have a positive attitude and very reliable. Our family are truly appreciative of their hard work.

Care solutions are the second firm of care providers looking after mum. I've found both the managers I've dealt with and the staff, caring and attentive to my mum's needs. They treat her with respect and dignity which is super important. When she initially required care I installed cameras in the house, mainly for my own peace of mind, and I can confirm that the level of care and interaction doesn't change if I'm not present, which is great. Over all, I've found all the carers I've met to be kind and professional, contacting me immediately if they are concerned about anything. So I have to say that I do recommend them. Anyone dealing with an elderly patient with dementia or other needs can be hard, but they have helped out from the start with advice, and have followed it up with great service.
