Wonderful , friendly , efficient and supportive Caring Teams making life much more meaningful for clients and their families.Nothing is too much bother as they patiently and reassuringly go about their caring duties with heartfelt care throughout their very busy days.Thank you Care Solutions for everything .. you are treasures.

Overall Experience
We have experience in recent years of several home care providers, and Care Solutions began providing the support (two staff, four times a day) in June. Prior to that, they had for several weeks been providing 3 hours replacement care each week.
We are very happy with the care provided. The previous provider had been unable to provide any showers within the time allocated (2 hours a day). Care Solutions has been able to provide a shower every morning. My husband is almost completely paralysed and is bedbound, requiring full support. The staff are friendly, cheerful and supportive, providing very good quality personal care. They use the time flexibly, and always give time for a chat. He looks forward to their visits. There is a good level of consistency in the care staff visiting.
The replacement care provided is invaluable and the staff visiting accommodate preparing a Level 4 meal and giving medication.

Visits were arranged for times suitable for us. Excellent quality of care.

The care given by the Care Solutions staff has been excellent. The care given consistently goes above and beyond. They show such care and respect not only to both my parents but to all the family. I cannot recommend Care Solutions highly enough.

Overall Experience

Care solutions are the second firm of care providers looking after mum. I've found both the managers I've dealt with and the staff, caring and attentive to my mum's needs. They treat her with respect and dignity which is super important. When she initially required care I installed cameras in the house, mainly for my own peace of mind, and I can confirm that the level of care and interaction doesn't change if I'm not present, which is great. Over all, I've found all the carers I've met to be kind and professional, contacting me immediately if they are concerned about anything. So I have to say that I do recommend them. Anyone dealing with an elderly patient with dementia or other needs can be hard, but they have helped out from the start with advice, and have followed it up with great service.
