My father has been a client of All Seasons Care for about 10 years. I have always found the team to be professional, reliable, helpful and caring. Sometimes, individual carers have made thoughtful suggestions regarding aspects of my father's care, and the management team are always willing to review the care already in place and suggest ways to improve it further. I really appreciate the fact that my father has good continuity of care, with just 3 or 4 different carers visiting him each week. He has a high regard for his carers and has recently commented to me about their sensitivity to his needs. The company have managed to arrange 4 care calls a day for my father over a significant period of time. They always let me know well in advance if there is a problem covering a call.

My Mum and Dad were diagnosed with mixed dementia / Alzheimers prior to us engaging All Seasons and my parents have naturally deteriorated over this time period.
It has been an absolute pleasure working with the team at All Seasons over this time and they have helped remove a lot of the worry around daily tasks such as taking medication, eating, and personal hygiene.
As my Mum and Dad have deteriorated we have been able to flex and increase the number of calls with All Seasons and nothing has been too much trouble.
The carers they employ have been exemplary.
If there is an issue All Seasons Care are super responsive, if we need to change or cancel calls they are usually able to accommodate.
I would highly recommend All Seasons Care, many thanks to David, Donna and Donald for providing such a professional service.
