Overall Experience
We received an excellent service from the care agency while they were looking after our Dad. The carers were caring, respectful and professional at all times. They treated my dad with dignity and kindness, and we always felt that he was in safe and capable hands. The team were reliable, attentive and went above and beyond to make sure he was comfortable and well cared for. The communication with our family was also excellent, which gave us great reassurance and peace of mind. We are extremely grateful for all the support and care they provided to dad and would highly recommend this agency to anyone looking for a professional and compassionate care service.

Overall Experience
Our parents have been cared for by All Seasons for 5 years first in their home and latterly when mother came to live with us. She had dementia and had increasing levels of care over the past 3 years, culminating in double ups X 3 a day. The staff who visited us gave professional and exceptional care, they talked to her tenderly, professionally and respectfully. They respected us and our home too. We couldn't have asked for anyone better. They got to know her likes and dislikes and things she enjoyed and ensured that became part of conversations and care. It was wonderful to have Angie and Honor as her main carers and Gemma helping out, this ensured continuity, consistency and also helped her in view of the dementia. It was a joy getting to know the ladies. The office staff have always been helpful and responsive. Our thanks go to Donna, David and Donald. We would have no hesitation in recommending them. Very well deserved 5 stars from us

Overall Experience
My father has been a client of All Seasons Care for about 10 years. I have always found the team to be professional, reliable, helpful and caring. Sometimes, individual carers have made thoughtful suggestions regarding aspects of my father's care, and the management team are always willing to review the care already in place and suggest ways to improve it further. I really appreciate the fact that my father has good continuity of care, with just 3 or 4 different carers visiting him each week. He has a high regard for his carers and has recently commented to me about their sensitivity to his needs. The company have managed to arrange 4 care calls a day for my father over a significant period of time. They always let me know well in advance if there is a problem covering a call.

Overall Experience
All Seasons Care have been supporting my Mum and Dad with home calls for the last 2 years.
My Mum and Dad were diagnosed with mixed dementia / Alzheimers prior to us engaging All Seasons and my parents have naturally deteriorated over this time period.
It has been an absolute pleasure working with the team at All Seasons over this time and they have helped remove a lot of the worry around daily tasks such as taking medication, eating, and personal hygiene.
As my Mum and Dad have deteriorated we have been able to flex and increase the number of calls with All Seasons and nothing has been too much trouble.
The carers they employ have been exemplary.
If there is an issue All Seasons Care are super responsive, if we need to change or cancel calls they are usually able to accommodate.
