I've been a client of Bluebird Care for 10 years and their support has been consistently outstanding. The carers are kind, professional, and always respectful. A special thank you to my supervisor, whose dedication and compassion have made all the difference. She goes above and beyond to ensure I'm comfortable, listened to, and well looked after. Overall Experience

I recently made use of Bluebird care for my 97 year old mother. Although I only need an hour a day, the carer was warm and kind. I cannot comment on what other services are provided as the need was more for companionship. The office staff are professional and capable. I am grateful for their help.

I am delighted with the help I have been given by the carers since I came out of hospital. They are both so kind and are only too pleased to help in any way. Thank you for providing me with this extra help to get me back to living a normal life again. I will most certainly use Bluebird Care if I need any help in the future.

This has been a great experience thanks to a member of staff, in particular, who was so professional and friendly and made the whole process very smooth. My carer was more than I asked for, so helpful, polite and friendly. Thanks all.

The care my aunt has received has ben consistently good. I've had excellent communication with the carer and the office staff which has been invaluable. Bluebird Care has always listened to any concerns or thoughts I've wanted to discuss and has always been very supportive.

Overall Experience

One member of staff in particular is obliging and never declines a request. Very dedicated to her role and has made a positive difference to my parents and my lives. Also appreciate their honest yet diplomatic approach in resolving initial teething problems. Bluebird has been very understanding of my parent's needs and accommodating by having a meeting at the hospital. Thank you.

I have only positive feedback to give for Bluebird Care.
They are extremely easy to deal with, from reception to carers. All the staff have my son's and family's needs at the forefront of what they provide.

Overall Experience

I first heard positive things about Bluebird when it was recommended as a potential purchaser to a Disability Agency of which I was a trustee. Since then, Bluebird has looked after the mother of a close friend, a friend for whom I am now the executor, and my old nanny, now 98 years old. I cannot speak highly enough of the charm, kindness and complete professionalism of the nursing staff that so efficiently and regularly (three times a day) visit my home.

Overall Experience

I visit my aunt at least once a month for several days. I use the agency as opposed to private carers because I need to guarantee 24/7 cover for my aunt. Whenever the has been a difficulty providing this the agency has been able to cover it. The care supervisor is easily contacted and acts promptly. Including my aunt in day to day, activities would be beneficial but carers like to give care and tend to do it all themselves.

I have been using Bluebird Care for a few years now, and I must say, their services have been extremely good. They have provided me with very good carers. The carers are well presented and very helpful and efficient. Any problems have been solved quickly and effectively by a phone call. I would recommend this company to my friends and family, and I would never change them for any other companies.

Overall Experience

I was recommended Bluebird, and after experiencing other unsatisfactory organisations, their services are way more than I could have expected. The carers are kind, respectful and experienced. They are keen to fulfil the wishes of the client, but also have an overview of other needs. Regular communication from the supervisor with family and supervisor with the client ensures up to date care at all times. People are at the heart of this organisation, but not business needs. No frills or images with logos! I can relax knowing that my mum is in good hands.
