It can be very daunting trying to choose a care provider for a loved one, but I was very lucky in choosing Brooks Care to look after my mum. They reviewed her particular needs and arranged four visits a day to help with her personal care and meals. They also helped her with her daily medication. We found all the carers friendly and helpful and my mum looked forward to their visits. I found the office staff very professional and understanding in the way they liaise with the family regarding my mum's needs. Highly recommended.

On the first morning, 2 very nice carers arrived within the agreed time period to get me up, showered and dressed. That evening another 2 carers arrived to put me to bed. This continued all 5 days sometimes the same carer, but all the carers very friendly, obliging and nothing was too much trouble. I also had to contact Brooks Care's head office and again everyone I spoke to was very friendly and helpful.
