Mum needs the extra support but at first didn't like the idea of having carers as she thought she'd lose her independence. However, she now looks forward to the visits from her carers as she can see that they will support her so that she can maintain her independence as far as she is able to. All the carers are so patient and kind and she enjoys the chats she has with them.
During her hospital stay the office staff and manager kept in touch with us so that we could easily plan the care mum needed when she came home.

Can't thank the staff enough for their help and support.

Overall Experience

All the staff, including the office staff, managers and carers are friendly, helpful, supportive and eager to make a difference. My mum feels very comfortable having the carers support her with her personal care and looks forward to having a chat with them while they make her breakfast. She looks forward to their visits and classes them as her friends.

we chose ENA as my father's carers and we are so pleased we did.They have cared for Dad in his own home for a number of years starting with 2 calls a day and increasing to 4..I never thought dad would accept carers especially with his personal care but he was always made comfortable by them.we saw them as part of our family not only supporting dad but us as well I would recommend them to anyone considering care for their loved ones you will be sure of giving them the very best in care..both my father and myself will miss them so much but sadly dad now needs 24 hour care. We will miss their gentle caring hands,their love and support and their little sing songs.

Overall Experience

My experience has been excellent so far. The staff have made efforts to make my relative feel comfortable and have gone out of their way to help him. All requests are dealt with speedily and efficiently.

Mum didn't feel very well on the 12th February and the carer was so sensitive and supportive. She communicated very well with the family verbally and in the log. Ongoing communication between carers was also very good.

Overall Experience

The care my husband has received from ENA is second to none. Our carer helps him with his showering and shaving and seems more like a friend. We both look forward to seeing her and nothing is too much trouble for her. I also have a carer for 2 hours a week and she is also a great help. She not only provides practical support but also emotional support as my disabilities make my caring for my husband a a real challenge. Everyone we have had any involvement at ENA deserves a pat on the back. Well done and thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Overall Experience

My wife is always pleased to see the carers as they a;ways shower her every morning and feel much better. The carers always understand her needs and talk to her which is a blessing as she is deaf but can lip read,. They are usually on time so don't keep her waiting and make an excellent job and clean up before they leave.

My dad has had care from ENA for a few years. The care and compassion has been absolutely fantastic. He has formed great friendships with the staff and now has gone into a home and misses them greatly. I cannot recommend ENA care enough to anyone looking for home care for relatives. Thank you all for looking after my dad so well the past few years

Been using ENA since my wife left hospital 9 yaears ago, my wife likes the carers that come each day , I have found them very helpful and the office staff are easy to deal with and speak to, we have no issues at all with ENA.

My mum has been using their services for a while now, and I am really pleased with the service they provide, from the day to day carers to all the team behind the scenes. They are a small team of carers and my mum sees the same people regularly, which is important to someone with Alzeimers. Please keep this up.They are really helpful and friendly, and supportive, and nothing is too much trouble for them. Any problems or issues are dealt with promptly and communication between the office staff and myself is great. Would not hesitate to reccomend.

I have been using ENA for a little while now they have been helping me with my mum who has Alzheimer's, they have really been very helpful and has accommodated each time I need a break.

My mum who lives with me gets on really well with the carers who have been amazing.

Thank you to ENA Homecare for looking after my Mum so well. I had been trying to introduce carers into Mum's routine for two years with no success. We were recently assigned an excellent Social Worker who connected us with ENA. This has been complete game changer for Mum, the lovely friends who do an amazing job of supporting Mum and for me too. Mum enjoys the company of all three of her ENA carers who visit her and she appreciates their support. This is exceptionally high praise coming from Mum. Mum had a few health concerns recently and ENA took the initiative to call and offer immediate support which made a world of difference during this period of uncertainty. The genuine care and great communication makes it easy to highly recommend ENA.

Overall Experience

A very well organized company, will help with any problem you may have, when my stair lift broke down the carers helped me to climb the stairs every day. If you ask a question and the carers don't know they find the answer.

I have been using ENA Home Care Serves for 4 years. I am happy with the care received. The team are great and always provide everything I need. They are very good when ever help is needed with my hygiene. They assist with laundry and keep my clothes clean. They are excellent with me socially and with conversations. I am glad they are looking after me.

We were fortunate enough to have carers provided from ENA for both parents last year. The girls were all compassionate, patient and happy to go over and above to help both parents and the family at what was a really difficult time. They often exceeded the time allocated for the visit and never made Mum or Dad feel rushed - both parents struggled with the concept of needing care but the girls were so respectful and kind that they ended up looking forward to the carers coming. Please continue the good work - and please try and maintain continuity of carers as that is so important when needing care for family.
