We were also extremely impressed with the high standard of assessment and record keeping, which was meticulous.
The family feel a quiet sense of satisfaction and achievement that we were able to fulfil his wish to spend his last days in his home of the last 18 years. This was only possible because of ENS.
Once again, I would like to express the deep and sincere thanks of my family.
Yours faithfully

I’m Sharnelle, and I build the partnerships that make rapid live-in care possible across East Anglia & surrounding regions. Working with ICB CHC/Fast-Track, acute discharge/flow teams, local authority brokerage, hospices and case managers, I help unblock patient flow and stabilise complex packages at home—often within 24 hours.
I also work with patients, families and loved ones to ensure they have support and guidance every step of the care journey.
What matters to me is reliability and clarity: continuity (1–2 carers), goal-led plans, clean communication, and reporting that’s actually useful to MDTs. I’m comfortable in urgent situations, I respect governance, and I keep things practical and person-centred. My caseloads typically include ABI/SCI, LD/autism, complex behaviours, reablement/step-down and palliative care. If you need capacity quickly—or just want to compare pathways—I’m always happy to help.
